The staff was not good in the front desk they treat us so mean he shout us they ask mycredit card with rising his voice,he is so mean to us when we arrive at 11pm we are so very tired because we came form north carolina 5hrs travel and we are arrived late in the hotel,.i dont know why he mean to us if there a cctv there can tell the owner and supervisor to report him...and very noisy outside you hear the noise the car passing by you cannot rest good that hotel we regret to stay there.

This is thee most disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. Let me preface this by saying I didn’t know this hotel is typically for ppl with housing crisis’s but regardless it was so dirty from the moment you walked in up until the moment you left. the whole place wreaked horribly, the elevator was so small & unsafe from the light buzzing to it closing ridiculously slow. The rooms were filthyyy no clean linen or sheets at all, stains on everything including the pillowcases. Towels & washcloths had stains, the paint was super chipped on the walls and bathroom door was so jammed it’ll take you ramming yourself into it to close. The only good thing about this hotel was we didn’t see any bugs or rodents however a rat trap was found behind the refrigerator. 0/10 experience wouldn’t even recommend to the homeless.

Elevator was out of order. Manager changed our room from 2nd floor to 1st floor since i walk with a cane. It was greatly appreciated.

Disgusting. Had mold everywhere. Beds were wet when we checked in. Stains all over sheets and pillows

I absolutely loved the property, me and my boyfriend went for my birthday and it was amazing! Rooms smelt nice everything was made, nice water pressure. Only downside about it was u heard sirens a lot and can hear outside noise fairly easily, but other than that everything was amazing! i will be staying again! It’s nice for a cheap hotel, definitely recommend!

AMAZING...this is the 3rd hotel I have been at with my kids. I have 4 under age 5. I have had noise complaints from both previous hotels. I have had none here yet so the walls and floors are thicker. They are very accommodating and if staying more than a night they replace linen and towels where as other hotels said you washed on your own. Staff is friendly and willing to go extra mile if need be. This is a really rough time for my family and the last thing I want is to be stuck in a hotel with my children however their ability to work with me and have patience has made thing's a little easier.Rooms are spacious for the most part. Very clean. Didn't even see dust...best part NO BUGS like didn't even see a fly shortage is also a plus. As well as seating for amount of ppl I have. Not only a table but desk as well for kids to sit and eat. Stove and sink as well as cupboards were all clean which is more than I can say about other places I have stayed.

Smelled of mildew. Once in the room, sheets were dirty and there was a leak in the bathroom. Got a new room, dirty sheets again and toilet wouldn't flush. We ended up moving to a different hotel. We got 1 night back but they wouldnt refund us for the first night even though we literally walked in and out of the room.

It is what u pay for, not the latest an greatest but it does the job and its pretty decently clean, comfy beds. Not in a good area!

It took the girl 30 mins or so to find my reservation in the system. I showed her my confirmation number and I have been charged for it already. She was on the phone texting. She wasn’t professional.
