Ulasan Ayaartta Hotel Malioboro

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and everything was perfect. We opted for breakfast buffet and we loved that we were surprised with new dishes each morning. Staff were exceptional as well. Located in a good location. And plus point - hairdryer is provided.

As always, I truly love this accommodation. This is my second stay here. It offers excellent value, a prime location, and a well-maintained building. Keep up the outstanding work! I will definitely return.

Great hotel, with clean and comfy bedroom. Conveniently located near Malioboro street. Breakfast is also really nice, with a wide selection of things to choose from. There’s also a swimming pool you can use until 7 pm. Best in deal in reasonable price. Recommended.

I like the breakfast, value for money, they serve rice, noodle, cooked vege, and Soto Ayam everyday, they also have egg and salad corner, desserts, jamu drink everyday. Less helpful for front desk but I’m fine with it as I only need the info and sought things out myself. Will come again if I ever visit jogja again.

Its really a nice experience spend our times here. The staff were so friendly, the hotel also located in the middle of city. Will be comeback here for sure If I visit Jogja again

The room was very aesthetic and the breakfast was nice. I had an early activity and a breakfast to go box was available. Thank you for the lovely cake prepared since I checked in during my birthday. I had a wonderful time.

Friendly service, decent location for Malioboro Street. Enjoyed a comfortable,stay. Not too many western style breakfast options.

1 Star rating Not sure where to start... The photos are not representative of the room or views. We booked a superior room with balcony for 5 nights expecting a view over the city from the balcony however the view from the balcony was a concrete wall 1mtr away. It felt like a prison. Upon enquiring why the room was not as expected with the service desk, the excuses arose so I upgraded to a suite for 5 nights as they advised they had one available. On the 2nd night they had made a mistake and we had to move again back to the concrete wall room as they had double booked the suite by error. On the 3rd night we moved again back to the suite which was annoying to have to move 3 times in a 5 night stay. The suite is beside a loud speaker above a mosque. Morning prayer at 4am is relentless so expect zero sleep for at least 30mins assuming you can get back to sleep at 4.30am The staff seemed very unapologetic about the issues we raised and needed basic hospitality training. For the price, I definitely expected far better service than what was received. The food was average and we chose to eat out every meal. Whilst the city is lovely to visit, I will not be staying at this hotel again. 1 star!!

Location was great. Called for room service but reception does not pick up. Room design is excellent.
