Ideal gelegen für den Besuch eines Spiels des 1. FC Köln. Das Stadion kann zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. erreicht werden oder bequem mit der KVB angesteuert werden.

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Rheinenergiestadion super zum Fußball gucken. Die Straßenbahn ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut angebundenes Hotel. Mit der Linie 1 ist man schnell in der Stadt. Ein ordentliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.

Its very close to the AltStadt, a 10 min walk! So you can easily get around on foot. Its a lovely place to stay, I even made a couple of new friends and we explored the Christmas markets together!

Basic hotel with little amenities. Reception very poor never answer the phone. If you want to see Cologne easily don't stay at thus Hotel is very far out of the city and hard to get to in public transport. No bar or even tea or coffee after 9pm, breakfast far too expensive

5 night stay while participating in a sports event. Functional comfortable hotel which served a very good breakfast. Asked for an extra pillow on each of my 5 nights and was told "we don't have one tonight as we are full and lots of people have asked for an extra pillow Try again tomorrow". That should signal to the management that they need to buy more pillows !

Clean and quite rooms, close carpark but expensive, perfect destination to higway and train statiton. A little far to supermarkets or etc. Breakfast is great and fresh. The staffs are very very friendly

Unfortunately, this is my last resort to get some help. I booked this hotel for my parents, and they stayed one night. they accidentally left their Kindle e-readers in the room. despite us calling immediately and returning that evening to collect the kindles, they were never returned to us. It is clear that the cleaner or some other staff member stole these, but the hotel says that they use a 3rd party cleaning service, and therefore they do not hold responsibility for the property. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as their customer service is clearly - take the money at all costs. I've been provided with wrong contact information to follow up, waited weeks to get responses, and still they haven't replaced the items or dealt with the issue. Avoid at all costs

Impolite reception staff, not up for the job, not able to assist, unfriendly and gruby presentation. What else is there to say, not good is not good and impolite is impolite and gruby is gruby. A smile and kind attention is so much easier in life.

A very kind and competent staff. The room was ok, the bed was comfortable and also the bathroom was ok, but I just had a problem with the position of the toilet bowl. The bartenders were kind and very sociable. I couldn't try the restaurant, but I heard very good opinions about the cook and the food

We had a 2 night stay and it was just the right place. We went to a concert at the stadium down the road and it was ideal. Great location close to the tram. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean.

7.5km outside of Cologne. Absolutely no facilities in the hotel. no facilities outside. reasonable breakfast. no airconditioning. not enough irons to go around. colin the cockroached appeared in the shower room. most channels on TV have no subscription

As first time visitors to Cologne we found the Hotel to be centrally located perfect and convenient for visiting the Cathedral, Museum Ludwig, Old Town, the Rhine River walk and local restaurants. The Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Thank you
