Ulasan The Costa Nha Trang Residences

The location is really good. Near to Lotte Golfcaost and lots of international hotels. The front desk staffs are kind and well respond to my request, including printing. One thing that needs to be done is the ventilation while there is no customer. Everything is quite good.

前台退房，在沒有任何人排隊的情況下，説要檢查房間再退按金，足足在前台站了20分鐘，在催促幾次説要趕飛機的情況下才無奈退還按金，非常不好的感官

방도 널직하고 침구도 편해요. 3박 했고요, 주방가전 다있어서 가족단위로 묵기 좋습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 다 빠르게 진행되었고 리셉션 직원 영어가능합니다. 단 수영장에서 바닥의 배수관이 날카롭게 튀어나와있어 발바닥이 찍혀서 피났어요. 1센치는 더되게 찍혔어요. 호텔에서 소독약과 밴드를 줘서 급한건 해결했지만 귀국후 다시 병원에 다녀왔어요.

나트랑 4박 6일 여행 4년전에도 이번 여행도 2박씩 묶은 호텔입니다. 오션뷰 너무 좋습니다. 시내랑도 가깝고 바로앞 비치라 좋습니다

위치 넘 좋고 호텔 컨디션도 넘 좋아요 가성비 짱입니다 다음에도 재방문 할 예정입니다

The hotel staffs are friendly and always smiling and it makes me very happy that i feel im at home always only in The Costa Nha Trang. Only in Vietnam....... 😊😍😊😊😊😊😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😊😊😊😊😊😊😍

Stayed only one night but… the interior design of the serviced apartment is terrible To boil water need to do on the floor because the electrical power socket to insert the power plug is designed under the eating table. My lap top had run out of battery and I could not find any other plug closed to the working table so I had to borrow the extension from reception and signed to pay of VND 500,000 if I would lose this power extension socket The lobby is too tiny The restaurant is outside the building and have to walk for a 5 mins not a good idea to stay here. For sure will not come back

It s nice and clean. Also the managers are so kind and reliable. There is no place to live in nahtrang but the costa. However the rental fee is too high. it has a neat swimming pool and gym. It is suitable for family touriest not residence due to the fee.

Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

Central location. Spacious, clean, and convenient apartment. Comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean. We stayed at several hotels on Tran Phu street before, and Costa is much better than those by far.
