Ulasan Potique Hotel

The location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect. Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always. Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay. Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish. Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room….. Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

Location is good and convenient to the beach with a good service

The service is good, their staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is good, near centre of the city and 5 mins to the beautiful beach.

The first room assigned was noisy. Hotel staff quickly changed to a much quieter room. Staff was friendly. The sunrise can be seen from the hotel top.

This hotel is the best choice I made during this trip. Beach is close, beach chair is ready, rooftop pool is nice, breakfast is also good. A bit smaller than other 5 stars but the service level is very high. and price-wise, it is also beat deal.

Our stay was perfect, everything just perfect.

청소를 하루에 2본씩 해주는거 같고 너무 친절해요!! 침대는 진짜 너무너무 커서 ㅋㅋㅋ좋았어요 룸자체가 이가격에 이정도면 다음에도 방문할예정입니다! 지금 날씨에는 수영장이 추운거 빼고는 너무나도 만족했습니다 ㅎㅎ

위치가 좋고 깔끔하고 섬세하게 챙겨주시고 아주 만족스러운 포티크였습니다! 투어때문에 반나절밖에 이용하지못했지만 수영장도 이용하고 잘 쉬다가 갑니다. 새벽에 퇴실을 했는데 간단한 빵들을 챙겨주셨어요 ㅎㅎ 스웟한포티크로 기억에 남아요 🩷

인테리어가 아기자기하고 너무 귀여웠어요. 모든 시설이 매우 청결했고, 직원들도 정말정말 친절하세요. 시내와 야시장 접근성이 훌륭해서 이동하고 쉬러 다시 호텔로 들어오기도 쉬워요! 단번에 나트랑 시내길을 숙지할 수 있었어요. *무엇보다 침구가 훌륭합니다! 매트리스도 좋고 이불도 베게도 세상포근해요!!! *체크아웃시 픽업일정 때문에 허둥대니 직원분께서 센스있게 도와주셨어요 *부모님 저 모두 나트랑 리조트보다 좋아한 호텔이에요! *포티크에서 5박 할 걸ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ *수영장도 있어요!

1/一進門，酒店的感覺是很不錯的，很舒服 2/房間裏的飲用水，用的不是瓶裝水，是重複使用的那種帶塞子的瓶子，感覺不是很好 3/景觀有遮擋，雖然房間是面對大海的，但正前方有房子擋住了，很可惜。 4/房間的陽台是裝飾的，事實上是沒有陽台的 5/樓頂的泳池有兩個，都非常的小，而且沒有頂，白天游泳會很曬，泳池的邊是玻璃，有點臟，不乾淨。 6/房間的隔音很差，我晚上睡覺以後，隔壁的人説話我能聽到。而且隔壁開門和關門的聲音會影響我休息。 早餐的咖啡挺不錯。

設施：該有的都有 衞生：可以的，沒有特別驚艷，也沒有特別不好。 環境：酒店在市中心，極為方便，周邊很適合逛。 服務：工作人員速度有點慢。 酒店很有設計感，住市區選擇它真的很方便。 酒店早餐豐富，性價比極高。

조식은 먹을만했으나 그외.시설 청결은 미흡했습니다

솔직히 베트남 물가치고 저렴한 가격은 아닙니다 그러나 다른 저렴한 호텔 2~5만원대는 바퀴벌레 후기가 있었지만 포티크는 단한개의 바퀴벌레 후기가 없어서 돈을 더 들여서 예약했습니다 금액대별 조식은 많이 아쉬운 편입니다 그러나 방 컨디션은 너무 만족스러웠어요 화장실도 정말 고급스러웠습니다 만약 또 나트랑에 간다면 포티크로 다시 가고싶습니다

아이들 까지 조식과 모든걸 결재하고 늦은 밤비행기에 지쳐 체크인하는데 돈을더내라고 객실 배정을해주지않고 객실도 노후화 되였으며 직원들은 다 웃지않고 친절하지 않았다 그곳엔 매니저가없는지 일 처리을 해주려고 노력하는 사람이없었으며 체크아웃 할때또한 이것저것 다 고객 탓으로 돌리고 돈을 요구했다 트립닷컴 고객센터에서 도와주어 억울한 일이 발생되지 않았고 호텔 직원들은 미안해 하지 않았다 위치빼고는 정말 최악의 호텔이였다
