I have been coming to this location off and on for about 6 years. I mostly was ok with this place but this last stay I realized the negatives are starting to really weigh down the positives. Number one biggest thing that has been an issue is during peak seasons you could take up to 10 minutes to get up to your room as so many people are all trying to go up. Number two might not be that big a deal to some patrons but for me it really was not cool. The rooms do not come with an actual refrigerator. It's a wine cooler. So your water will be about 70 degrees. If you have any left overs....do not expect them to last anymore than 12 hours. I asked the property manager of my unit about getting one and he seemed to say i was going to get one. That was 2 and a half days ago and he now won't answer the phone. I have not ever asked them for any other things and it's kind of sad that such a small request is just being swept under the rug. I would recommend to other patrons to look for a smaller place with more actual real customer service people. I worked for 4 months in Boston at a building where they had actual air B and B UNITS mixed In with actual apartments too and I was just a guard and when customers had some issues even though it was outside of my actual job description...I used to do everything I could fo get the customer their issues resolved. It's sad this place has now become like this. The Hotel part of the building has quite a different level of service probably as the actually have people who is responsible for actual customer service needs.

Worst hotel ever. We paid a lot of money for our room but we still had to pay to use the swimming pool which is ice cold, we had to pay for 2 keys to our room when there was more than one person staying, the WiFi doesn't work, $6 for a beer, service is terrible, hot water doesn't work properly! 90% of staff can't speak or understand English. I've been to 18 countries and this is the most disappointed I've been. The only good thing is breakfast. This is not the south East Asia im used too. DO NOT STAY THERE

Do not make a mistake to go to this hotel, bad service, dirty everywhere, full of cockroach, we book this hotel by booking, the pictures look very good but they don't show how dirty is the room, the location in Google maps shows different places of panorama, but actually is only one, apartment panorama, hotel panorama, Panorama nha trang, is all same in the same building, we arrive at night, the give us a room in 9 floor but actually we wanted a bit high, the guy who attended us says, "I'll change the room next morning, because now we don't have another room" okay 👍🏾, but the room that we had ita was full of cockroach, and smelling like humid, we ask the men on reception to change for us another room, he agrees that was so dirty, he changed us to the floor 36, but the room still had cockroach, and the only solution that they had was spray the room with cockroach killer, for a hotel 5 Star, it was actually like 1 star, we want our money back, the men was calling the manager, and the manager replied but he said he can give us back the 50% of what we paid, but we didn't even stay more than 10 min in the room, we couldn't even unpack our staff, because everything was dirty, the manager didn't even reply and didn't even come to solve the problem that we as a costumers have, if you ever go to nha Trang, I advise you to don't book this hotel, there's cheaper hotels, and more clean, Don't let advertising fool you

Fuyez ! J’ai été séduite par les photos et les bons avis de cet hôtel. Malheureusement à mon arrivé, le calvaire n’a fait que commencer 10 minutes avant mon check in, je reçois un mail me disant que ma réservation est annulée par faute de disponibilité. L’établissement vous dira bien entendu que ce n’est pas de leur ressort mais de celui de booking, hors, le message vient bien de l’établissement. Cela me force donc à re réserver une chambre avec des tarifs + élevés que lors de ma première réservation 15 jours auparavant. On vous demande de payer cash ou bien par carte bancaire avec un supplément de 2%. On vous annonce ensuite que la chambre n’est pas prête mais que vous poussez déposer votre valise dans une pièce ouverte à tous, sans surveillance… Pratiques très douteuses et personnels de mauvaise foi. Le Check in donne déjà un mauvais goût au séjour. Puis vient l’enfer des ascenseurs : 8 au total dont aucun qui ne fonctionne correctement. Une fois arrivée à la chambre : pas d’électricité Il faut redescendre au lobby pour que l’on vous annonce qu’il faut attendre 2h car il y a un souci électrique. Check out fait le jour même, mais bien entendu, on ne vous donne pas de facture. Pour moins cher, vous trouverez mieux. Ne vous laissez pas avoir.
