Hotel Romantik di Nha Trang

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

The hotel was amazing. Cheap and Clean. Location is super nice. This hotel also has a bus service to airport (100000 ND). If you wanna go to airport for a cheap price I definitely recommend you go to airport by bus which hotel staff booked.

My 3rd time in Vietnam and the hospitality of the staff here is the best! Starting from the reception area, to the housekeeping, and the breakfast crew. Everyone is smiling and are happy to serve the guests. For the room, I requested for a high floor but didn’t get one (but it’s understandable because of the holiday season - I hope I get it next time :) ) but the ocean view is still great. Room is well maintained and clean. But the star of the hotel is really the service. So I’d like to give a kudos to the lady and guy who helped me during check in (forgot their names unfortunately), and Paul and Linh who helped me during check out. Amazing service!

Отличный отель, хороший сервис и недорогой трансфер до отеля. Очень отзывчивый персонал, отель расположен на северном пляже и туда ходит трансфер, в отеле на крыше клуб с чудесным видом, также есть хороший спа с видом на море и горы, но бассейн холодный, долго не покупаться.

The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the sea. The hotel does not have its own beach. The rooms are spacious and modern. There are no complaints about cleaning the room; towels, toothbrushes, soap and shampoos are changed every day. There is also a safe in the room for valuables. The hotel staff speaks English. Breakfast is perhaps the highlight of the hotel; it is plentiful, there are a variety of hot dishes, a large selection of fruits. Overall, an excellent hotel for the money, I recommend it!

My stay was great. Overall experience was nice. There's a few things that I like and didn't like. 👍What I like were: Location was great, easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and mall Great variety of breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Nice sea view room 👎What I didn't like: Walls are very thin, not recommended for light sleepers The pictures of the room show a bathtub, but there isn't one in the room. There are some miscommunication about the deposit and the price of the tour, I wish the staff could explain it better before we paid the price.

Very quite and peaceful place. Overall good service and breakfast. Special shout out to the trainee Honey!l She was so kind and service minded!! Thanks for the birthday cake. And to Danny! Very helpful. feedback: the pool in the villa suite is not warm (very cold) and was not worth it. However we recommend the spa and the massages! Thanks for the nice stay.

Saya mengembara untuk masa yang lama di Phu Quoc, Dalat, dan Nha Trang. Terbaik untuk harga yang sama. Ini adalah tempat yang saya pasti akan melawat lagi. Isteri saya mengambil asbak. 80,000 dong telah ditolak daripada deposit. Saya rasa ia munasabah.

When checking in, It took several hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. However, the hotel manager quickly resolved the issue and the staff member who had made the mistake also sincerely apologized to us. We are truly satisfied with the sincere response from the hotel staff. As a result, we had a very good time at this hotel. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang. The service and facilities at this hotel were excellent !

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢
