Nice hotel, located next to beach which you can use free sunbeds. Also, it has a good swimming pool. Breakfast also good enough and wide space room.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

We had booked the hotel for 3 days but ended up staying for 7 days. Hotel has amazing sea view from all public locations and good overall food Location is good near beach and shops and not too much crowd as well so little bit of solace as well acccess to all areas very comfortably Overall experience has been fabulous. Rooms are super clean - bedsheets / towels and pillows are super white and very very comfortable and on tops of it the overall hotel staff is very very courteous and helpful, must mention Sarah who made checkin super breeze and took care of everything while Duen (Jessica) had been very helpful during stay. We also had amazing snorkelling experience which was organised by Katrle she suggested good places and also organised scooter rental. Overall a very good stay

Спасибо отелю за хорошее пребывание в нем! Ну сначала конечно немного обидно что поздно заселяют, но мы их понимаем очень много гостей постояльцев. Персонал вежливый, нареканий нет. Отель выглядит хорошо свежо номер достаточно просторный делюкс с видом на город нам очень понравился! Есть шикарная ванна в которой можно хорошо расслабится после длительного перелета! Бассейн хороший не большой и лежаки конечно бывают часто заняты но это из за большого наплыва туристов. Есть тренажерный зал с беговой дорожкой и гантелями . Хорошие удобные матрасы и подушки! Нам все понравилось но до моря конечно не близко мы не ходили плавали в бассейне! Процветания вам спасибо!

Very, very kind! Basically, all staffs are very kind. And, for 1 by 1 guest, they try best to make the guest feels comfortable. In my case, all service was excellent, especially, cooking class was spwcial experience. All staff in restaurant focus only on my family. And also, the staff(Mr. Huy Khanh) who is in charge of me tried best to make my family's comfortable. He always smiles and let us know useful information. Anyhow my vacation was really happy experience. 기본적으로 너무 친절하고, 게스트 한명 한명에 맞춤으로 집둥해 줍니다. 또한 부가서비스도 많고, 전담 스태프가 집중 캐어 해주고, 유용한 정보도 제공해 줍니다. 쿠킹클래스도 해봤는데 온 식당 직원이 저희 가족을 위해 집중해줬습니다. 시설 너무 깨끗하고 좋으며, 바다도 좋고 수영장도 좋고 리조트 전체가 깨끗하고 음식도 훌륭합니다.

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. When checking in, It took several hours for our luggage to be delivered to our room. However, the hotel manager quickly resolved the issue and the staff member who had made the mistake also sincerely apologized to us. We are truly satisfied with the sincere response from the hotel staff. As a result, we had a very good time at this hotel. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Nha Trang. The service and facilities at this hotel were excellent !

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢
