The location is great, close to niagara falls, cafes and ******s. The room was clean except for the sink, which didn't let water in, and the closet with the ironing board, which hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pool is very small for such a big hotel. We did not like the breakfast, there was little food, at the next table, the family did not get breakfast and the manager said that nothing to do with that, it was strange for a Hyatt hotel.

Terdapat sebuah Bandar Makanan Cina berdekatan. Bilik bersih dan kemas. Tandas diasingkan dari basah dan kering. Terdapat microwave dan peti sejuk. Mengesyorkan tinggal.

The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

Good location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

Had a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room. Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls. Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.

The location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

Well, Happy Canada Day! A pleasant stay indeed, however, still have something particular must be improved, body shampoo is empty, no toothbrush, no slippers, more expensive parking fees. Fortunately, I received some vouchers as I checked in, receptionists are kind to serve!

Great trip, excellence location and views. Falls were amazing. Recommend the boat trip. Definitely, you pay for the view. Be aware that parking is extra at the hotel, not included. Everything was more expensive, specially food. Restaurants we went to overcharged because it was around the Niagara Falls. At one point, we paid $100 Canadian $$ for regular breakfast for two people. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

Lokasinya hebat dan tempat letak kereta adalah percuma! Katilnya sangat selesa, dengan balkoni terbuka, dan bilik mandi lebih kecil sedikit, tetapi harganya sangat memuaskan
