We chose this hotel because of the outdoor pool and its proximity to Niagara Falls. Yes, the hotel is a little aged but our room was clean and the beds comfy. We were greeted by William on our first night and he set the tone for a great visit. Harman is an excellent front desk person and others are so helpful and friendly. We stayed for 9 days and would book here again.

We loved our three-day stay at Bedham Hall! Joyce and her husband John have beautifully restored this 150-year-old house on the Niagara River with the ideal combination of old (furnishings) and new (nice, modern baths). Very clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious! Location is great, just a mile from the Falls. We hope to return some day when the garden is in bloom!

We spent one night in the Yellow room. A quirky room, as advertised, with a bath at the foot of the bed, but toilet separate within the room. The house and room were very clean and the mattress comfortable. The Air Conditioning set comfortably and no noise from it at all. It was amazing that we were steps away from hoards of people at the Falls on such a quiet street. Internet took a few tries to connect, but got working. Breakfast was plentiful. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham, fruits, granola and more. Lovely jazz music played during breakfast which made for a great atmosphere. Niagara Falls has become ridiculously expensive. Kevin and Anna will make sure you have a lovely stay. I would stay here again.

The hotel is a dump. Some of the staff was friendly, others were rude and not helpful. Everything in this hotel is outdated. Each floor near the elevators is “grandmas” couch and smells. My room, I got a room with a balcony. What a joke that was and loud. It sounded like I sleeping on the sidewalk the enter time. The sheets were clean at least. But I had to use fabric sheet to mask the odors from the carpet. The bathroom, yikes either you were getting cooked alive while taking a shower or your taking a polar plunge. Parking is a joke, the parking spaces are so tight. I inherited several dents on my new car. Be very careful going up and down the metal stairs they are not friendly, especially if your wearing heels.
