It was below expectations. No Smart TV, no Microwave, no fridge and moreover additional charges for parking and few other charges aa well.

The hotel is okay for a short stay, but we were a bit disappointed with some basics. There were no slippers or toiletries provided, and the heater wasn’t working, which made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The place is decent and the staff were polite, but it really needs better maintenance and amenities to match a 3-star rating.

Customer service was terrible I called front desk the toilet was cloged needed toilet paper and towels no body picked up it said to dial 0 if u need anything they give u a 15 coupon to go to IHOP and been there 3 times and all 3 times u couldn't use the coupon the bathtub had a stain that was disgusting

The hotel's location is decent. On the day of check-in, the hallways throughout the building were a bit too warm. Breakfast is provided by IHOP, and even with the coupon, it was quite expensive. Considering the price, it's still a good value.

Good value for your money. Only problem was that there wasn't any hot water in the morning for a shower.

The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.

Everything was good overall. Just be careful with breakfast; don't let the staff rip you off.

A bit old: toilet bowl is scratched… wallpaper on the other side of bathtub bulged: need renovations.

Good access to the Falls with Blue line bus. Old room but clean enough to stay one night. Overall is ok.

Average hotel

The hotel needs huge improvement. The room had furniture that is old and pretty stained  fabric. The water had to run for at least 20 min before you get warm water.  The list is long but  the worst of all is $25 dollars parking  per day that you charge on the top of the charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends

We waited for our check in, we arrived 9:30pm and got clearance at 10:30pm. The frontdesk clerk her name is Kushdeep is too rude, bully, not appropriate to be in the FO of a hotel. As their policy we need to deposit cad 100 we have used 2credit cards and didnt go through. We told her that as per Trip.com we can pay cash deposit. She insisted us to pay credit card and we advised Kushdeep that we think the machine for credit card is the problem. Because other clients experienced the same. She insisted we need to deposit Cash CAD 300. Since its late already we tired we deposited Cash CAD300. But the way she handled and dealt with us is RUDE, inconsiderate and not even bothered to apologize for their mistake and using OLD MACHINE FOR CREDIT CARD. THE ROOM was too smelly of OLD ESTABLISHMENT, THE PAINT IS TOO DARK AND THE T&B is OLD. Everything in this HOTEL IS SUCK. Unbelievable that Trip.com includes this hotel in their lists. THE HOTEL IS SUBSTANDARD FOR CANADIAN HOTEL. I would like the manager of FO to discuss about the behaviour of KUSHDEEP the FO CLERK DUTY DURING OUR CHECK IN. She shouldnnot be in that role.

The location is good with a WeGO bus stop in front of the hotel. Many places are walkable. The room service is good too. But you have to pay extra for parking.
