Absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, super close to the beach and attractions, right next to a commercial street and even a mall. The hotel is easy to find, breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Complaint! Terrible hotel! We had a complicated flight and tried to check into a hotel at night, but the receptionist started demanding a foreign bank card from us for an unclear transaction. We explained that we didn't have a card, that we had paid for the hotel online and in advance, and were willing to pay the tax in cash, but this didn't suit the hoteliers. As a result, at night we were forced to look for a card for some unknown reason for this dubious transaction! Then we asked for water, but there was no water in the room or in the hotel. There was nowhere to buy water because it was night and all the stores were closed! There was nothing in the room except Nelly for the shower, and this is a 4-star hotel????  Then we asked for a blanket and this request was refused. The reception staff are extremely impolite and unsympathetic to guests' problems I highly recommend not visiting this hotel. For this kind of money you can find a much better option. I will never set foot in this hotel again.

The location is simply perfect – right in the city center, easy to get to from the airport, and you can walk to the train station. The room is beautiful and clean, and the staff is attentive! The only downsides were that they don't provide drinking water in such hot weather, and there's no kettle in the room. Also, there's a slight damp smell in the room.

The room was very clean, and it offered great value for money. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful! It's super convenient as it's within walking distance to the beach and various attractions.

The hotel's location is great, but the room window opened onto a closed-off lightwell, which was quite creepy! And every morning, the smell of cooking from the kitchen would waft in! Staying for three days was an absolute nightmare! No one came to clean the room for three days either. On this trip, I stayed in Paris, Nice, Florence, and Rome, and this hotel in Nice was by far the worst!

The location is great, right in the city center. However, the room size and soundproofing are just average. The environment is similar to a Hanting Hotel in China.

The breakfast quality is very poor, particularly for guests who choose a healthy, sugar-free diet. Despite asking for vegetables to be added on subsequent days, the staff made no effort to improve or offer additional healthy breakfast options.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's easy to find. The service was good, it was clean and quiet.

First off, the location was excellent and I appreciated the recent renovation. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience very pleasant.

The location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, if the room door isn't closed properly, it won't lock. One day, after the room had been cleaned, the door wasn't locked securely. That day, I had gone down for breakfast and returned to the room before heading out, and that's when I noticed the cleaning had just finished, so luckily I caught it right away... Honestly, I was on edge every day after that.

The room was clean and relatively quiet. Although it was a bit small, the location was convenient, making it a good value for the price.

I've been here twice and I really like the room. The room is spacious for 1 person. It's so quiet that I don't want to wake up. And it's very convenient to shopping centres.

The breakfast selection is a bit limited. The hotel is very well located in the city center, very close to Massena Square. There's no parking for cars.
