"It's almost a perfect hotel spa! Every detail in the spa room is captivating – a must-try! However, the hotel as a whole felt a bit small, with not many usable public areas. The rooms were also a bit of a surprise; the layout and views were vastly different. Initially, we were assigned a poorly lit room with very little natural light, almost making us feel oppressed. But after some discussion, they changed us to a room with a small balcony, although it faced the opposite building with no view. The infrastructure was truly well-designed, with various thoughtful details. But honestly, for the price, it didn't feel worth it; it was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever paid for recently. The overall service seemed enthusiastic, but you could still feel the discrimination against Asian faces. I felt inexplicably unable to relax; it was actually two uncomfortable days. The most welcoming and friendly service was at check-in, but there was no hotel tour as promised, and at check-out, we waited a long time and were almost completely ignored. The hotel is located in the old town, and even Uber drivers said they couldn't drive in, making it difficult to carry luggage. When leaving, I inquired about using the buggy service (I had a lot of luggage) to get to the nearby La Pierre-Rousse Hotel (the small car should only take three minutes), but they explicitly stated no, only a fixed pick-up and drop-off point. The only assistance they could offer was to call a taxi (but even with my efforts, it would only take a few minutes on foot, so why would I need a taxi?). Having just come from an Aman resort last week, I really felt the service was vastly different. Aman is more expensive, but the service always makes you feel truly worthwhile. This place clearly wasn't."

"It's not a large hotel but very cosy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room temperature is too warm as they set the Airconditioner default temperature as 37 ⁰C, we could only turn off it. Staffs are very polite and helpful especially the gentleman working in the night shift on 31st Jan. Slippers and body lotion are provided on request. It takes 12 mins walk to Nice Tr ain Station and beach, and 30 mins tram to the Airport. Overall it's an excellent experience to stay in this hotel with reasonable rate @60 per night."

"I got 2 rooms sending an email in advance, specifiying that single room is for my daughter and it would be her birthday . They upgraded room free of charge , it is very nice gesture. Unfortunately when we arrived, the receptionist did not read the names and confused the keys of the rooms, I had to ask my daughter change the room , it became a confusion rather than a surprise. Even the parking of the car was misunderstood by the receptionist ( he did not check where we parked altough we tried to explain and the place was free of charge) and we moved car in a private park and paid 28 euro for a night . The rooms are spacious , there is an young and dynamic environment in the hotel . I would suggest without expecting 4 stars service"
