It was very noisy at the first night in the room that they gave me. And changed into other room that was okay. The room 305 was too small and facing to the main street and it was very noisy i didnt liked at all.

酒店大堂和前台都沒有，更像是民宿，早餐也是老闆自己做的。門前的一條巷子石子路一樣推行李箱把人累死！

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are exceptional, especially Saloua who was all smiling, warm, very kind and friendly. However the experience would have been perfect if the bed mattress was updated as we struggled all night and woke up with sore back. The gentleman at the front desk on duty at 2am (8 April) offered solutions which is appreciated. Will definitely recommend and go back, hopefully then the bad mattresses are replaced!

尼斯，一個顏值很高又充滿生活氣息的海濱城市，進入的感覺和馬賽有點相似。在海邊的聖保羅酒店訂了一間面向大海的房間，白天看驚濤拍岸捲起千堆雪，夜晚枕着海浪聲入睡，亦是別樣的感受。酒店位置很好，面向大海，離城堡山也就幾分鐘的車程，設施齊全，服務很好。晨起從城堡山下來進入了一個早市，蔬菜瓜果香料糖果等一應俱全、琳琅滿目，走走看看，挺有意思。穿過早市，海濱散步大道上，海灘一覽無餘，湛藍的天空，松石綠的海水，色彩通透、層次豐富，令人心醉神迷，一個適合發發呆、放空自我的地方。

CCHAIR房間次日冲涼時沒有熱水，報告大堂後不久前台到來檢查無法修復並即時替我們換房換房前更先到房間檢查熱水情況，值得一贊。
酒店有機場免費輕軌途經很方便。但因我們自駕找停車場出入口非常困難，車場出入口沒有酒店標誌，建議找到入口後立即記錄座標方便出去後可找到出入口。

Mmichelle2nd time staying at this hotel.
2 bedroom suite was comfortable and big with large balcony rooftop with a great view of the sea. King+2 twins + sofa bed can sleep 6.
They were kind to let me check in 1 hour early as check in is strictly 3pm. I came at 2.15pm.
However don't borrow the umbrellas from the reception if it rains. I borrowed 2 umbrellas to go across the road to levingt4 for dinner and the receptionist told me that if it breaks I will have to pay. I opened the umbrellas and one of them was already broken. She agreed to swap for a better one. When I came back she tried to charge me eur15 for the other umbrella that was not broken but 1 joint was out of shape. I argued that the umbrella was not broken and agreed to pay only if I took photos of the umbrella to make a complaint. She then agreed not to charge me. Very poor quality umbrellas to begin with. Poor management to offer such lousy umbrellas. Next time it rains just walk in the rain with a good! Don't be scammed!

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

RRenetaThe hotel room was not spacious but it had everything we needed. It was cleened every day very well amd we had compliments water and coffee which saved our mornings ☺️. Receptionists were very friendly. Location is also great - close to the city centre and to the train station of Nice. I highly recommend the venue.

MMeng TsenPerfect airport hotel, with a 24/7 desk manned by friendly staff, operating the club model (8th-floor spacious lounge with complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, and a bar). The rooms are small but efficiently laid-out and from the hotel is (literally) a 5-minute walk to terminal 1. If you are flying from terminal 2 (15-minute walk) you can also grab the tramway (free to and from the airport), which has a stop just around the corner. The hotel is also five minutes walking distance from the Nice St. Augustin train station, which makes it convenient to travel to (e.g) Nice centre, Monaco or the Villefranche beach. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for longer stays, given the room size, unless you’re the outdoorsy type.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay.
From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable.
Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

PPengguna TetamuA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located one block away from the beach and right in front of a Tramway station, which is very good, since you probably will have to take the tramway (or walk around 20-30 min) to get into the restaurants and the old town. This tramway line is the one that gets into the airport and on the turistical points.
Trip offered a category of room that, according to the hotel staff, does not exist on the hotel (triple bed). I was traveling with a friend and we didn't want to share the same bed.
First, staff didn't want to change our room saying they were complete. After insisting, they found another room with 2 beds, but the AC didn't work fine on this new room.
After the check-in, the staff member forgot to give my passport back. When I asked for it, he said that ”he wanted to keep seeing my picture because I was very pretty” 🙄. Unecessary, embarassing and not funny at all.
Rooms are comfortable enough and correct for a budget hotel.
