Welcoming staff, incredible hospitality. Felt at home from the first day of our stay. The food was delicious and eye pleasing to look at . The Chalets were comfortable and the scenic view from the rooms is definitely worth the stay. Special mention to Rizwan for all the special arrangements made in request. Thanks to Kartik and his team at the Tycoon restaurant for the delicious cuisines and hospitality.

The resort is one of the best I have ever been to. It’s location is excellent, slightly away from the main Ooty city and situated right in the middle of tea plantations which further enhances the scenic beauty of the property with a complete oversight of the Nilgiri Mountain range. The food was top notch and the staff extremely polite, humble and always at the service of their guests. A special shout out to Mr. Rizwaan Rasheed and Ms. Shahin Banu who displayed the true essence of being in the business of hospitality. They were always out there to help us out with almost anything and everything. Please keep up the great attitude and you will do wonders in this industry. I highly recommend this property (which was my first-ever experience at an Ayatana resort), and I am surely going to try out their other properties across India!

Our stay at Ayatana Ooty was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Their entire staff is very courteous and friendly. The room was beautiful and offered stunning view of the tea gardens and mountains. Restaurant menu was well curated and the food was scrumptious. Overall we had a nice and pleasant stay and would definitely return for another stay soon.

It was an amazing experience, the staff here are very polite and co operative . The hospitality at its best. The property is located in such a place where you really feel like its switzerland of south India. The food served here was brilliant thanks to chef Negi he was amazing to cater to our needs. And not to forget very special mentions to two ppl, 1st to Pradeep who took us to MuttinaDu nature walk and 2nd is Rizwan who helped us to enhance our experience at the stay even more .

Excellent view. The resort is nestled in a location of breathtaking beauty—calm and serene making it the perfect getaway for those seeking peace and tranquility. The views are truly picturesque, and every corner of the resort offers a stunning backdrop that feels straight out of a postcard. Excellent service (Bhanu & Venkat). The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From concierge services to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive without being intrusive.The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated.

Overall great experience complimented with nature at its best, sumptuous dinning and great service with special mention for Ting Ting who ensured that our first time traveller(Baby Agastya) is at his comfort while we enjoyed the delicious lunch in Tycoon.

The property is gorgeous and the staff is extremely sweet and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Rizwan,Mr kartik and Mr lal Bachan for taking really good care of all our wants. Google location to the property shows the wrong route and the resort management was considerate enough to call and guid me propery. Mr pradeep took us for a treak and it was breathtaking.

The resort and property are spectacular. It’s very well maintained and really beautiful. Definitely recommend a stay here if it’s within budget. Special mention to Mr. Ram Singh who is the chef at Tycoons. The food and buffet was very well prepared and sumptuous.

Beautiful property with 100 on 100 views and personalised hospitality. Loved every corner of this properly and would highly recommend to stay here instead of going to main Ooty town. Ayatana is an experience and the staff is very warm and welcoming. Would love to come here again.
