Very ordinary rooms except suite so clarify upfront before booking pathetic food, unprofessional service , basic amenities lacking like freeze, kettle, poor furniture , small rooms , poor finishes , aesthetic ness and very high charges so avoid for god sake , rating seems managed

Wondeful stay and super experience. Only choose valley view room, it provides awesome view to mountain and valley side. All other basic rooms are utter flop and don't provide any view. Food and service is simply wonderful. Nature is the prior one here, no other fun activities, park or pool included. Just stay calm, have super food, and relax. That's all

Excellent location, beautiful views from the resort, ensure you take stone house as it has balcony with wonderful views. Resort did not meet basic requirements like water. After 10. 00 pm there is no service and we could not find anyone who can provide hot water.

Place and stay was excellent. Food was average and can be improved a lot. The view was amazing and the rooms and toilets were too clean. I would go back again if i visit ooty

It's very amazing experience we had it in this resort thanks for make my trip referred what i needed while i am searching others. The food was very hood and hygienic and superb service, and the water heater only to enhance the capacity that's all other than all good and superb. The resort located in the mountain and valley view is awesome.

The location is totally outbeat. The 360° view around the resort is green, cold and wow. If you are a nature lover, and you want to stay amidst greenery, mountains and away from the hustle bustle of the city. This can be a perfect getaway. The owner is also very helpful. Me and my husband checked in at the stay quite late in the evening, so we could not enjoy the view that day, he allowed us to check out the next day few hours late so that we could enjoy the view.
