"Had a very good experience in mayura sudharshan. Rooms are old but clean. The best part is Karnataka horticulture is attached to the resort. The gardens are beautiful. U can spend ur time relaxing in the garden. Restaurant is fine. For our stay in ooty we had food in restaurant itself. Only disadvantage is 2 dogs keep roaming around the rooms. Sometimes they follow you when u comeout during odd hours."

"Better avoid this hotel. 1 star — Would not recommend Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly regret it. Location: Poor. It’s tucked away down a dead-end road with nothing walkable nearby.Tiny and suffocating. AC or fans were absent, windows don’t open, and the air felt stale within minutes of closing the door. No fresh air, no space to move. Felt more like a storage closet than a room. Housekeeping: Nonexistent. Towels weren’t changed, trash wasn’t emptied, and the bed wasn’t made after day. Staff: Unprofessional and indifferent. Food was the worst part..very limited spread and everything tasted to be bland reheated and tasteless. Staff were inefficient in providing basic dosa or omelette in breakfast."

Rooms are great, Service is fantastic. The breakfast is very decent. Impressed with the service of Rohan Gupta who serves in the Resturant. I would like to visit here again and also recommend it to my friends."

"We had a great stay at the Highland Resort Ooty. The rooms were spacious and have great view. There are lot of fun activities. They provided complimentary high tea in the evening. Staff behavior is polite and welcoming. Restaurant food is also good. A buggy/cart service from the reception to the gate may be good. Also elevator/lift may be helpful for both guests and service personnel."
