The hotel is beautiful and grand, and the rooms are quite nice. Check-in was smooth, and the location is excellent. It's a shame the weather wasn't great these past two days due to the typhoon, with a lot of rain. However, the hotel staff's reminders and service were very attentive, and the front desk agent Ziv handled issues promptly.

Facilities: This is a fantastic hotel with a very well-equipped gym. Cleanliness: The hotel room hygiene is excellent, and the cleaning staff are meticulous and friendly. Environment: The hotel environment is superb, with a small river nearby. It's located in a commercial district but is very quiet, making shopping incredibly convenient. Service: The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The lobby on the ground floor also has a restaurant, a lounge area, and complimentary tea.

The room is spacious, clean, and has excellent soundproofing. The floor-to-ceiling window offers a beautiful view. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is a smart design. The bed is comfortable and easy to sleep in. The air conditioning has a silent mode, and power outlets are evenly and conveniently distributed.

Thanks to the staff for the room upgrade. It's a shame there was a special event, so rooms were limited and I could only book for one night this time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a movie-themed hotel with excellent facilities, arguably the best in Beilun District. It offers convenient parking and is close to the highway exit, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Check-in was quick and efficient, and Anna, who was lovely, even offered us welcome juice drinks. She paid attention to details, noticing that the elderly and children couldn't drink cold beverages, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was rich and included Ningbo local specialties. Overall, it was great value for money during the May Day holiday.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at all year. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and they even offer late-night snacks, which was a huge plus! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they proactively offered hot tea during both check-in and check-out. All in all, a perfect experience. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Ningbo! 👍

The breakfast was excellent, served on the top floor of the hotel with great views while you eat. The hotel environment is very good, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and free of any strange odors.

The hotel location is great, near Beilun RT-Mart, and there's a subway station not far away. I booked a standard king room, and the front desk upgraded me to a special king room. The room was huge, very new, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even offered free late-night snacks. The service was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Facilities: I was very satisfied with the room type this time. It was spacious and grand, and the bathtub was cleaner and tidier than I expected. It completely exceeded my expectations, a truly excellent review. Environment: It was still very quiet, and the surrounding area was convenient and lively. Service: The service was excellent, and check-in was very smooth. I'd like to thank all the reception staff in the lobby; they were all very enthusiastic and responsible. Anna was also especially professional, very satisfied! 👍

Booked this hotel for my trip to Ningbo. The decor is quite unique, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room was clean and hygienic, breakfast offered a good variety, and parking was convenient. The service was excellent too. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit!

I've stayed at this hotel before, and my experience this time was just as great. I really like the deluxe suite room type. Anna at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. I was incredibly impressed with Chen Pingping at the front desk. She was always responsive and her proactive attitude really showed in how quickly she resolved any issues. As a mom traveling with my child for a competition, this was a huge relief. She never shirked her duties or delayed, but instead handled everything with professionalism and genuine care.
