And incredible stay. Staff was so helpful even if they can’t speak english. But very friendly and supportive and made matter a smooth check in and check out. And also ensure the comfort of the stay remains at its prime. Breakfast was also nice, had a decent selection. Definitely recommend this place for anyone and I loved the setup of the balcony.

Hotel was clean and very close to Ningbo train station. Also only about 20mins from Ningbo airport. Tammy our room supervisor was very nice made sure we were happy with our room and prepared a tea drink prior to getting to the room

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Rooms were spacious and pillows and bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful!

the air-con cannot be adjusted per room and it's kind of noise even with lowest setting of the wind. it's better to have more taller closet, now it's too short for winter coat.

It’s a nice hotel with a nice location. It’s right next to a beautiful park and it’s in the city center. The service is good too. They help you with your bags and are really polite. We had a nice stay here. Thank you for Xiao Mei and Xiao Fan for keeping our room nice and tidy.

Hotel is very spacious. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Butler service was excellent. Hotel location is awesome too

This was my second stay at this amazing top class hotel. The staff speaks good english and is very professional, catering to any needs of the business traveler. I especially like that it can be reached by a short 10 min. walk from Ningbo railway station. Another 10 minutes away -perfect for a after-dinner evening stroll - the Ningbo Moon Lake can be reached: it offers good air and astonishing views making it hard to keep the mouth closed.

I actually love this hotel before. But this morning breakfast or food at night I don’t know get 4 out of 5 of us vomit and diarrhea for 3 days. Myself for 2 days diarrhea serious one without any solution. My suggestion is to try to avoid this hotel at any cost.

Although I’ve visited Ningbo many times, this was our first experience at the Wyndham Grand. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish. Executive suites were clean, well organized and had a really nice balcony with a table and chairs. My daughter loved her suite which was located next door to me. The staff spoke English, and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of Western/Chinese dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
