Very good location, walking distance from scenic spots. Front staff courtesy and helping. Breaking spread is super.

Only stayed one night, so not much i cant review. The only thing i have to say is the gym facilities are very poor, the machines are old and really not working properly, specially the multi function machine and the TV in the room isn’t good as well. Nothing special on food breakfast, is ok

In Ningbo center, walking distance to nice places for shopping, food and other activities. Also 15 min. drive from Ningbo station. Breakfast was good. Gym and Pool were limited. Hotel is dated but good. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Very good location close to Tiayin Square and the IMaX cinema, the room was big, and clean with everything for a quiet and comfortable night. The hotel is very big with a very busy time at breakfast.

This time when I stayed was a little disappointing. They were refurbishing the breakfast area downstairs so everything was shifted to what looked to be a conference area or something. This resembled one of those super-old hotels (always something not right about eating breakfast in a carpeted room in a hotel - unless it’s in your room) and there seemed to be a lack of organization across the board. The M Bar is also due a MAJOR overhaul - it really not befitting of a four-star hotel! I went there for a few drinks on my last night, known it would be the last time I saw it like this! One more thing I really don’t like is the pillows in the room - they are so soft they might as well not even be any! That said, I have enjoyed my (first) stay here in July more and if I stay again then I hope to see a better breakfast area and bar -even if the pillows are the same 😂

Breakfast is excellent but the hotel is older and needs renovating. Gym was poor and pool is meh. Great location though.

We love this hotel and always stay there whenever we go to Ningbo. Everything we might need is within walking distance, the check in is fast and the staff very polite.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is well located and the service is smooth. The downside is that the advertised sauna is not operating and the staff doesn't know how to deal with an alternative provision.

The hotel location is right at the center, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and malls, also near to underground train station. Service is good , polite and helpful

The staff was very friendly and the room was always cleaned well. But for this level of hotel it is quite dated and a could do with some refurbishment. The spa treatment was nice but just seemed like a random room and was not quite the service of this star hotel, I would not recommend although the people was nice. Staff was very friendly!
