Really nice, very quiet during the week. Lovely walks nearby. Good hospitality. Would be great if the courtyards had reclining chairs and tables.

Room is clean and comfortable. The facilities and area around the hotel are beautiful. Dining options for lunch and dinner are limited.

a nice quick trip out of the city..

A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations. The kids loved the water playground. The restaurant and the breakfast were of an excellent standard. Staff very kind and helpful (a very competent member of the staff supported our staying communicating in English). I suggest to check the deals in advance because the hot spring -water and inside playground may require an entrance ticket depending on the deal you book. (Entrance 150rmb/person). Hot spring in the evening are peaceful and pleasant. We could also fish and nearby there are nice restaurants options available and very beautiful walk/bicycle rides. Very green environment. The outside swimming pool is relatively small but pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

We attended a delightful wedding with the ceremony, dinner, and after party till midnight, and we had an amazing time ! The venue was no less than 'perfect' in every way.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. I booked, and paid extra for, a room with a view. The room issued had a view of other rooms. Hotel staff were very unhelpful. Lobby Bar has no food and no beer. Just a tiny cup of machine coffee for 5 euros. The ‘all day’ dining restaurant was only open for breakfast. A friend booked the cheapest and most basic room available and was given a fantastic top floor room with a great view. Would not use this hotel again, there are many to choose from in this area.

和閨蜜來東錢湖山水君瀾度假酒店泡温泉，定的是半山湯墅，獨棟小木屋，房間裏就可以泡湯，還有個很大的陽台，有專屬的管家，有問題可以找管家，管家小盧非常不錯，酒店還有下午茶，喝喝下午茶，泡泡温泉很舒服。 温泉池中沒有全部開，大概有6，7個池，人很少，基本包場。泡完温泉可以去3樓休息，有免費的水果可以吃。 早餐很豐富，大家住的非常滿意👍

要感謝管家小孫幫忙升級了別墅套房，贈送了温泉票、精緻水果、綠色農產品。 早晨醒來,窗簾徐徐拉開，晨霧中的山巒映入眼簾，屋舍儼然，有良田，美池，桑竹之屬，彷彿步入世外桃源，鬆弛感拉滿，是休閑度假的好去處

這次入住體驗超棒！前台小盧服務熱情周到，辦理入住迅速。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，設施齊全且完好無損。晚上安靜，能一夜好眠。早餐豐富多樣，味道可口。整體性價比超高，下次出行還會選擇這裏！

入住當天晚上到達的酒店，酒店空調不暖，地暖沒開，晚上八點説要最少打四個小時房間才能暖和，那為什麼不能提前打開？跟管家反應説送取暖器結果五分鐘過後説取暖器沒有了，沒有一點服務，大晚上冷的不敢洗澡，第二天的早飯也跟星級不匹配，品類少東西不多，入住那麼多家五星酒店，這家服務和設施都與其星級不匹配

酒店配備私人管家，小趙早早加上了微信。早到給升級了房間，貼心的送了下午茶，非常感謝。雖然房間出現了點問題，但處理很積極，把客人的體驗度放在了首位，很專業的管家。酒店地理位置不錯，環境優美寧靜，離開城市的喧囂，體驗了一把寧靜中的聖誕節，很開心。山水一號中餐廳的菜餚味道不錯，很適合家人的口味，點贊。酒店早餐品種豐富，房間打掃的很乾凈，視野開闊，喜歡！酒店的工作人員都很熱情，下次還來。
