Ulasan Howard Johnson Dongqian Lake Plaza Ningbo（Erling Mountain Hot Spring）

We chose the Howard Johnson Hotel by Dongqian Lake for our trip to Ningbo with the kids, drawn by the hot springs and water park. Overall, it was a great stay. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the hotel is surrounded by mountains, offering beautiful scenery. If your stay doesn't include the hot spring package, it's 79 RMB per person, with free entry for children under 1.2m. This includes access to both the hot springs and the heated water park (the water park is open Fri, Sat, and Sun). You can enter and exit as many times as you like each day, and our five-year-old had an absolute blast. The hotel also has deer and black swans. We went to feed them one morning and found them to be quite assertive, so be careful when feeding them. The hotel is also very close to Hanling Ancient Street, which is within walking distance.

The scenery is beautiful, the service is excellent, and it's very child-friendly. We even met some kids our little one's age, and they had so much fun they couldn't stop playing! There's a hot spring, a swimming pool, and you can even cycle around the lake 🚲

First time here. The hot springs are great, and Aunt Meijiao was so welcoming! She introduced us to all the different pools and even thoughtfully brought us ginger tea. I'll definitely come back again.

I wasn't interested in the hot springs, so I booked a standard room. Luckily, I had a Ctrip voucher, and the hotel upgraded me to a balcony room for free, which had a great view. Overall, it was pretty good. I chose this place because I was driving and it has its own parking lot with fast charging stations. I mainly came for the deer, and they provided three days worth of tickets, which included food to feed them. The deer were gentle and cute, though they do love to snatch carrots!

Family trip, the hotel environment is really nice, surrounded by lush trees. The kids loved feeding the cute animals provided by the hotel – the deer and black swans. Overall, it was a good travel experience!

Fantastic location for families with kids. We were all extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Nothing we requested was to much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

This hotel truly warmed my heart! The overall environment and facilities are excellent, and the service is simply impeccable. I accidentally left my pants behind and didn't even realize it, but the staff proactively contacted me – they were so responsible and thoughtful. Auntie Mei Jiao at the hot springs was especially kind, warm, and attentive. She even went out of her way to make us ginger tea. Every detail showed such warmth, making our stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free. Highly recommended!

The hotel is not far from Hanling Old Street, and it's a pleasant stroll there. I arrived around 12:00, but the room wasn't ready yet, so I left my luggage and went out for a bite to eat. At 14:00, they called to say the room still wasn't ready, so they kindly upgraded us to a family suite, which was a nice surprise! 😊 The hot springs were incredibly clean, and there were many pools, which I really liked. In the evening, they offered complimentary 'goodnight milk,' and there were welcome fruits in the room upon arrival. While the hotel facilities are indeed a bit dated, the service is excellent. I raised a minor issue, and before checking out, the front office manager proactively called me and even gave us a souvenir. The exceptional service definitely made up for the older facilities. I would choose to stay here again next time I visit Ningbo.

The hotel's overall environment is great, right next to Mashan Wetland Park. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery by walking along Dongqian Lake! The hotel also has a deer park where you can feed deer and black swans, which is beautiful! The only downsides were that the room's heating kept blowing cold air, and we didn't receive the promised souvenir.

This hotel is truly amazing, it completely exceeded my expectations. I've never in my life seen a hotel with such incredible value for money. This is the place I've always dreamed of staying; I can barely breathe without it, which just shows how important it is to me. I've been thinking about it day and night, and I finally got to stay! The service is great, and the breakfast is abundant! The environment is also nice, I'll definitely come again if I get the chance~

We had another fantastic stay at the Howard Johnson Dongqian Lake! It’s incredibly family-friendly; my daughter absolutely loved the kids' facilities. The deer farm is a lovely touch, and the Rookery Restaurant is stunning, offering truly awesome views. Most importantly, the staff are both friendly and attentive. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

We booked a family room, and the layout was well-designed with comfortable bedding. The location was excellent, offering great views of the entire hotel. It also had a balcony, providing plenty of natural light. However, the shower and bathtub being connected in the bathroom was really impractical, and the ventilation system was completely broken. Not satisfied with that.

The service is very good. Manager Xiao Hong Lou gave us a great help.
