"Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the service absolutely deserves a five-star rating. The front desk staff were polite and thoughtful, and service requests were promptly attended to. Since there were three of us staying, they generously provided an extra breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, offering a rich variety of options compared to other hotels of a similar standard. Even for someone like me who is a picky eater, there was plenty to choose from, and I felt completely satisfied. The restaurant staff were also very courteous and provided attentive service in a timely manner. I was even pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom faucets were Hansgrohe. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
If I had to mention any minor drawbacks, the hotel's shower caps were too small to fit my head – I hope they can improve their selection of amenities in the future. The room lighting was a bit dim, the telephone was out of order, and the bathroom lacked a rain shower. However, none of these issues significantly impacted my overall experience."

"Our room was spacious and bright, offering a beautiful river view. The hotel service was truly exceptional; staff personally delivered our luggage to the room, and any issues were addressed promptly and professionally. We found the hotel manager to be incredibly welcoming and hospitable. 👍👍 A pleasant surprise was discovering that Yan Pai Dang, located downstairs, is part of the renowned Ninghai Shifu group, and Zhang Fu Ji, where breakfast is served, also operates under the same excellent culinary umbrella. The food offerings were truly outstanding. Our stay at Ascott on the final day truly made our family trip to Ningbo exceptionally enjoyable."

"Everything else is good, the service is super poor! Nothing wrong, it is super bad! ! The front desk clerk did not smile, went to the check-in face like a dead fish, and was good at lying. Obviously, I booked a business bed. I deliberately said that there was no room to upgrade the room type. The result gave me a cheaper one. Fortunately, I have lived a few times before and can distinguish it. I immediately went downstairs to find the front desk, and then my original room type was again, it was really disgusting! ! ! Just this service, the room is comfortable and I don't want to come."

"Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done.
Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly.
One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem.
Looks like the management is not doing their job."

The location is so convenient, I walk to Tianyi Square and Bill Tower, also Old Bund cross river… all hotel staff are so friendly and eager to help whatever you require ! I am highly recommend this hotel if you visit Ningbo city ! Also city has amazing food

XXidan123Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time.
It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B.
The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night.
After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea.
Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village.
I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Zety Hotel and had a great overall experience. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with modern decor and clean, well-maintained rooms. From check-in to check-out, the staff were polite, professional, and eager to help with any requests.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed, good lighting, and all the necessary amenities including fast Wi-Fi, a gym, a minibar, and a safe. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything spotless during my stay.

When checking in, Jayson, the front desk staff, was all smiles, completed the formalities quickly and efficiently, and also shared the surrounding travel guide intimately, instantly narrowing the distance with the guests. The room layout is unique, modern facilities and elegant decoration complement each other, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Especially on days when the wind is howling, the hotel prepared early, and the room service called many times to remind us to close the doors and windows. Such meticulous care warms people's hearts. The hotel's gym is a pleasant surprise. The space is spacious and bright, and all kinds of fitness equipment are available, from treadmills and elliptical machines for aerobic exercise to dumbbells and barbells for strength training. They are all well maintained and very smooth to use. When checking out, the staff patiently asked about the stay experience, took every feedback seriously, and their professional attitude was admirable. This stay experience was great from beginning to end.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing.
