Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. We've been to Niseko a few times now and have always thought the Green Leaf looked like a nice place to stay. So this time we booked it, and it was everything we could've hoped for and more. The quieter location away from Hirafu, ski in/out was perfect for us. The hotel facilities are great. A nice mix of all the things you need, restaurant, bar, onsen, gift shop, ski storage, in a fairly small and relaxed establishment. The onsen in particular was a life saver. Nothing quite like soaking in an outdoor hot pool with snow falling all around you. The staff were fabulous, warm, welcoming and helpful. But to be fair I've never had a bad experience with hotel staff in Japan. The room was a good size, beautifully appointed, warm and cozy with a lovely snow covered vista through the massive window. The bed was sooo comfortable after a hard day on the slopes. I don't think I've ever slept so well on a ski vacation. They provide an excellent breakfast in the large restaurant overlooking the slopes, and a reasonably priced and varied lunch menu also if you feel like skiing back to the hotel during the day. We had dinner in the restaurant a few times, and we would've liked a bit more variety in the evening menu. But the restaurant staff were fabulous, particularly the manager who went out of his way to look after us. The location away from Hirafu might not be for everyone, and getting around between the hotel and Hirafu after the lifts close is a bit of a challenge. It's virtually impossible to book a taxi, and although Niseko United and Niseko Village provide free shuttle buses they probably need to be a bit more regular and run later. But we made it work and the bus ride home after night skiing was a nice way to wind down. All in all The Green Leaf is a fabulous location, a wonderful place to stay, and we will definately be booking again in 2024.

The staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy. Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't. You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious. Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

こちらは、ニセコ駅より車で10程度の静かな森の中にあります。 ホテルの基本部分は古いと思いますが、今風にリニューアルされています。 ホテルに入ると森林？の香りがしてチェックインは普通の対応でした。 デラックス和洋室にとまりましたが、部屋は広くゆったりしており、畳でのごろ寝が良かったです。 また、備え付けの羊蹄山の水が美味しかったです。 館内は浴衣で歩く事が出来き、夕食会場へ・・夕食は、ハーフバイキングで 内容的には、刺身、陶板料理、肉or魚焼き料理、他がビュッフェでした。 どれも普通に美味しく、ビュッフェの種類も多かったです。 ホテルのエントランスでは、19:30～約1時間20分間ピアノとバイオリンによる生演奏が楽しめこれまた良かったです。 温泉は若干硫黄のにおいがして普通に内風呂と露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂があり（夜の22:00に男女が入れ替わります） また、朝食のバイキングは和洋沢山のおかずがありお腹いっぱいになりました。 全体的に静かに・ゆったり・美味しく・生演奏が心地よいホテルでした。

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. We went during winter as it is the best season to visit Niseko but what makes our trip exceptionally memorable is this hotel that we can call our 'home' during our 5-night stay in December 2023. The room is exceptionally comfortable and clean but what stands out is the superb hospitality and service from the hotel's team. From the moment we checked in, the Front Office team was very welcoming (shout out to Kiel, Ryoka and the whole team) including the amiable and helpful hotel manager, Ms. Yolande (who took her time to welcome us and have a brief chat). Yolande even made sure to greet the guests every morning as we all walked to the restaurant for breakfast. It is the little things like this that make the difference. And thank you for all the tips and advice which was very very helpful.. During our stay, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the whole winter at Niseko's experience, especially returning to our cosy hotel and room after a long day exploring the small town. Thanks to the housekeeping team who always kept the room in the best condition (I think they make up the room a minimum of two times a day) - I didn't manage to get your names but your work is highly appreciated. On top of that, we always look forward to going for breakfast every morning as the menu prepared is of excellent quality - serving the best produce from Hokkaido like snow king crab. The team at the restaurant deserves much praise. Shoutout to the team (Goong, Korn, Ploy, Nut, Riko and Kristina). Thank you for your warm hospitality and the little conversations we had. I have lots of fond memories during my stay here and I look forward to coming back again real soon and seeing the familiar faces I've met on this trip.

We went to the hotel just for the onsen experience (so I can’t comment on the rest of the hotel). We used the mixed gender onsen so my husband and I could go together. They supplied us with yuami to wear (shorts for me and a strapless towel dress for women) at a small cost. The outdoor onsen was beautiful - surrounded by rocks and snow. The water temperature was SO hot so it took us awhile to get used to it, but we loved the experience. We walked there from the Niseko United shuttle drop off at the entrance to Annupuri.

You can’t beat the view of an outdoor onsen (rotenburo) with snow surrounding it. The bath area was clean and there were multiple types of baths to try. The water felt amazing and the indoor dry sauna was incredibly hot (which I love!) Definitely don’t spend more than 5 minutes in there. When you go, please be respectful and do not talk in the bath area. There are signs in English on the customs and courtesies, so please give these a read before you go in!

朝夕二食付きのプラン、お部屋は通常より広いタイプのお部屋で泊まってみました。 もともとホテルの造りはかなり古いのですが、部屋の清掃は行き届いており不快な思いをすることはありませんでした。ただ部屋の風呂とトイレは狭めのユニットバスなので、ちょっと使いづらかったです。 夕食は、特に高級食材を使ったりしていませんが、大人の食事についてはきちんと作っている感じでとても美味しかったです。ただ子供の食事は、アメリカンドックやハンバーグ、オムレツなどすべて出来合いの冷凍食品と思われ残念でした。びっくりドンキーの系列宿なのですから、ハンバーグくらいは美味しいものを出してほしかったです。朝食は、ものすごい品数とボリュームで、最高に満足しました。この朝食を食べるだけでも泊まる価値あると思います。 温泉は、言うまでもなく加温加水消毒一切なしの天然温泉で、露天風呂も適正温度に管理されており最高です。今回は日帰りのお客さんも少なく、貸切状態で楽しむことができました。 これからも、今の感じで営業を続けて欲しいです。
