Cozy little onsen hotel just 15 minutes walk to Niseko Moiwa Skii Resort, good breakfast and dinner, fantastic outdoor onsen, extremely helpful staff and they even have massage chairs in the resting room 😊😊

The hotel is conveniently located near the Niseko Hirafu ski resort. It offers spacious and comfortable Japanese-style rooms. Please note that there are only stairs available for carrying your luggage. However, the hotel outdoor hot springs (Onsen), which provide a breathtaking view of the picturesque snowy scenery. If you're planning a self-driving trip, I highly recommend considering this hotel as it guarantees a delightful experience.

A very Japanese hotel, not very large, the staff also dress in Japanese style. There is a lounge, you can rest if you arrive early, the massage chair inside is very comfortable. The hot spring is highly recommended. There are some snacks and instant noodles to buy, but not many choices. The room is much more compact than the tatami room, I personally prefer this one. There is drinkable hot spring water on the first floor, it tastes weird 😅

There is no elevator, no bathroom in the room, old facilities, inconvenient transportation to the ski resort, the shuttle bus is also a small van that only runs at a fixed point, there is no food without a reservation for dinner, there is no restaurant within a 20-minute radius, and the key point is breakfast, which is too perfunctory, a few broken pickled beans, it is better not to provide, after a few bites, the experience of Niseko for a family of three instantly dropped to the freezing point. The hot spring is barely OK, but it is also a public bathhouse. To put it bluntly, this is just a bathhouse. Most people come to take a bath and leave. It is not recommended to stay here, please be careful to avoid it.

Booked a 2-bed room type, the room does not have a private bathroom shower to go downstairs hot spring public bath, and the hot spring bath is open to the outside so sometimes to queue for bath, only one towel to reuse, then need to be charged separately.

First of all, the hotel's hot spring is open to day-return guests after 4 pm every day, so the outdoor pool is very large but it will also be crowded with Australians, and these Australian guests are very rough in using the hot spring, so the sanitary conditions of the entire hot spring are average; secondly, there is an older man as a waiter in the restaurant. When I met him the first day, I found that when he served the dishes to each table, he put down the tableware with great force, which was equivalent to throwing, and even spilled the soup. At first I thought it was because of his old age. Later, one day at breakfast, I met a mother and daughter from Shanghai. Because the mother's legs were inconvenient and they couldn't use the Japanese table, they asked to change the table. The waiter took the tableware to the new table very badly. I realized that he was not old but did it on purpose ☺️ The price is reasonable, the meal is excellent, and the rest is equivalent to no service
