Ulasan Hilton Niseko Village

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Hilton Hotel Village for this ski trip. The location is extremely convenient — especially for beginners. Being able to step right outside the hotel and start skiing was simply unbeatable. Equipment rental, ski storage, shuttle buses, and all related facilities were very well organized, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. In the evenings, there was live music, which added a nice atmosphere to the stay. One of the highlights I truly miss is the outdoor onsen. The scenery it faces is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly relaxing — perfect for relieving all the fatigue after a full day of skiing. The only minor downside was that a four-person room with four single beds felt a bit cramped. That said, we were still able to manage our luggage arrangements in the end. Since most of our time was spent outdoors skiing and we mainly used the room just for sleeping at night, it was acceptable as long as you are mentally prepared for the limited space. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for a ski holiday.

Lovely stay at Hilton Niseko. The ski in and ski out experience is definitely the best and it is right in front of the gondola and ski rental. Hope to visit here again.

Hilton Niseko is strategically located at Niseko Village and ski resort is a next steps away. The hotel looks a dated by overall interior still looks just fine. Hotel service is superb and amenities are great. Places to eat are only available a few and for more affordable foods you have to go Hirafu. Shuttle bus is available to Hirafu and kutchan station. Onsen at the hotel is absolutelly stunning. Very well recimmended hotel overall

Right outside the door are the ticket office and gondola for Niseko Village ski resort – incredibly convenient! There's also a shuttle bus to the other three resorts. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and you can even see Mount Yotei from there! The lobby on the first floor has a small supermarket, hot springs, and ski storage. The overall service is top-notch, truly exceptional! Plus, the staff speak English, Chinese, and Japanese, so there are no communication worries at all. And you definitely have to try the dinner buffet on the second floor; it's fantastic. If you turn left when you go out, there's a small commercial area called Niseko-Yo where you can eat and buy ski gear.

The view is absolutely stunning. All facilities are complete. We will be back again.

Stayed at Hilton Niseko Village during the non-ski season. The area was quiet and there wasn’t much to do, as the gondola and Niseko Village (all within walking distance) were closed. However, the free shuttle to Milk Kobo and Hirafu Crossing was very convenient. Hotel staff were mostly international and generally helpful. One downside was the luggage forwarding (Ta-Q-Bin) experience — unlike other hotels where staff assist with filling the form, we were simply handed the form without guidance. Overall, a decent stay but service could be more attentive.

The hotel location was fantastic. It’s in the peaceful village area with a wonderful view of Mt.Yotei. Especially the view from hotel’s restaurant. The room was clean and comfort. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Great location though the property is quite old but is well maintained. Close to Pure Activities Center

The hotel is porfessional and all staff are friendly, greeting each time they see you - it does make a difference to the feel of the hotel to have friendly staff. I didnt understand the set-up at first, but now that Ive seen it I can help clarify - there are several hotels in the area that share a central location called Niseko Village and Pure activities - Hilton and another hotel open up directly onto these two areas within a 2 min walk. The Pure activities include the adventurous outdoor fun like the tree walk. There is also a shuttle bus that runs several times a day to some key locations and is great if you dont have a car. I also just want to thank Trip.com for helping me. I initially booked a different hotel but it did not go well and Trip.com reperesentatives (Lexi) really helped me and put me at ease when I was starting to worry that I wouldnt have a place to spend the night for our family.

Enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view of Mount Yotei. The unagi and salmon fried rice were quite delicious, and the iced milkshake had a rich milky flavor. The hot spring baths featured POLA toiletries, and the fridge magnets in the gift shop were very nice.
