My best experience ever. The buffet breakfast was insanely delicious and various. The mt youtei view from my room was and still memorable for me. For me as solo traveler, was perfect choice to stay there and for sure will come back there in the future.

The location of hotel is gready. Just i go in a off pick season. I would like to go again.

Excellent breakfast with many varieties and choices to start the day. Pure is definitely the highlight with the tree trekking (basic and advanced levels to choose), slider, mini bungee jump etc for both adults and children to enjoy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice resort stay and will recommend it to everyone.

Location is great, right next to the outdoor activities center "Pure", great place for family trip , staff are helpful.

The hotel is clean, has friendly staff, and has good views (can see the mountain from my room). The breakfast is also good

Off Season, most restaurants closed. Room abit dated. Bathroom small. Onsen very good. We had teppan yaki in the restaurant n the Cook seem to Hv a terrible cold. Otherwise very good value for money n golf facility right next door!

I am definitely motivated to book Hilton again for my trip to Niseko next time because of the convenience. The ski in and ski out was really great. Apart from that, we initially booked a standard room and a room with the view of Mt Yotei the last night but due to the kindness of the staff, we got lucky and got upgraded for all 3 nights to the room with Mt Yotei because they felt that it was easier for us and so that we wouldn’t have to move around. Extremely commendable because the staff thought about it from the perspective of their guests and also what would make it most convenient for us. Besides that, the staff was extremely proactive and helpful and really made us feel welcome and at home. It was truly a great experience!

Location was not as good as it’s far away from everywhere, however the in out ski resort is very convenient. Breakfast was below average for Japanese standards.

Good choice for ski in ski out. Convenient for everything. Restaurants 3 mins away. Great service. Good breakfast. Onsen with outdoor snow view is amazing. Will come back again.

Good location but a bit secluded. Makes up for it by having Niseko Yo within walking distance to provide food options without having to go to Hirafu. Ski valet makes everything a bit slow in the morning but facilities otherwise are good.

Overrated hotel and over price hotel. Not that worth to stay in this hotel. The room it self also not that good, just an average 4 Star hotel room. The great thing about this hotel is only about the onsen.

Hilton Niseko located in the base of Niseko Village, where one of the ski slope ended next to their ski shop. Hot Spring (onsen) opens most of the day, we enjoyed the hot spring a lot (especially the outdoor pool). Breakfast at Yoytei is amazing coming with ranges of selection with mixture of local food and very tasty bread rolls. i enjoyed their miso soup and Hokkaido milk a lot. Rest of the restaurants are pretty good, we had lunches a dinner from Melt Bar and Grill, their Japanese ramen is surprisingly good with unlimited coffee refill. Buffet dinner also have a lot of selections, totally worth it. Sushi at Rera is good too, we ordered a very good sake!

Located at the heart of Niseko Village, Hilton NV is a place to be. Whether you’re traveling alone like I did, or in groups, you won’t ran out of things to do. The best part is the view from room and the outdoor onsen. You can also buy your needs at the Hilton Shop albeit a bit expensive compared to prices in Hirafu.
