Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old.

Check in was very slow inspite of me visiting the hotel 1 hr late than the check in time mentioned.

Classic hotel in mumbai. Strategic location and good breakfast. But the facilities little bit old.

I had high expectations based on the photos and the exterior appearance of this hotel, but unfortunately, the reality was quite different. 1.Outdated and Worn Down : While the hotel looks good in pictures, it is very old and desperately in need of a significant renovation. 2.Broken Amenities: The floor in my room was damaged (photo attached), and the bathtub was broken, leading to water leaks. I had to refill the tub repeatedly, which was inconvenient. 3.Overpriced for the Quality : This is not a 5-star hotel by any means. Given the nightly room rate, I expected a much better experience. At best, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel. 4. Missing Essentials : There was no mini refrigerator in the room, which is a basic amenity in most 5-star hotels. 5. Overpriced Food Policy : Guests are not allowed to bring outside food, forcing you to rely on the hotel’s overpriced dining options. I spent $150 for just two nights. 6. Water Policy : The hotel provides refillable water in jars, but if you want sealed bottled water, it comes at an extra cost. 7. Slow Service : I waited 50 minutes for room service, which was far from acceptable. Overall, this hotel fails to deliver on its promise of luxury and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend it unless major improvements are made.

Standard and Modern. Good service. They took good care of the customers.

Really good loved it and great place to stay. Really goof and understanding customer service.

Close to T1 Airport which makes it easy for commute and reduces commute time.

The hotel is too long, very old-fashioned, breakfast is generally not much, that is, the cheapest most wonderful is to buy McDonald's, security checks do not let me bring in? What do you mean? You have to eat outside, I don't know all Indian hotels do this.
