本館のリニューアルしたお部屋、料理長オススメいろは膳で一泊しました！ 目隠しの為に壁に囲まれた露天風呂が多い中、森やせせらぎの音に癒されて気持ちいい露天風呂。木の良い匂いと秋のぴんとした空気と、とろりとした泉質の温泉に癒されます。内風呂には寝湯、サウナも完備してます。 そして何より夕ごはん！どれをとっても秀逸。ローストビーフ、グラタン、ご飯とお椀、最後のプリンまで、とても上品な味わいで大満足でした。 ご飯を食べるためだけでも、くる価値あり！！ フロントやお食事処の係の方からも、細かな気遣いを感じます。 大満足です！癒されました♡ ニセコの定宿確定！また絶対きます。

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. The location quite far from the city center buy nearby from Annupuri Ski Resort, during our stay all of their restaurants are closing, quite hard to find a food luckily several restaurants nearby can pickup for free based on receptionist recommendations but limited option. The room can quite smelly from kitchen maybe from previous tenant cook something that still left the smell. The room it self quite big with tatami style but very old interior but the view is nice. Several staff are really friendly and can speak english. The onsen was great, there are outdoor and indoor.

We (two couples) stayed in a 2-room apartment at Hinode Hills for 6 nights in early February, having booked it about 18 months earlier at the height of COVID. It was worth the wait - the service was excellent - both front of house and in the ski and boot room. The rooms and living area were huge and very well-appointed with some luxury touches, and we had fabulous views of Mt Yotei from the 5th floor (when she wasn't covered in cloud). Breakfast was good (though not great) and the onsen was a welcome retreat after a day on the slopes. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit out of the way in terms of dining and nightlife, but there are plenty of free (and paid) bus services to Hirafu, Annapuri, etc. either from out the front or just up the road at Green Leaf. If you want to stay out late you'll need to get a taxi back however. There is a covered ”magic carpet” out the back of the resort, from the top of which you can access the mountain and lifts. There is a track beside that allows you to ski board/down to the back door of the ski and boot room. Rather annoyingly, the Higashiyama gondola was not operating during our stay, which limited the number of runs you could access immediately from the hotel. Overall we loved our stay and would return in a flash.

Nice hotel with convenient ski-in/ski-out access. There are many rooms in the hotel but nevertheless, the staff (reception, house keeping, etc) managed to maintain good level of service throughout my stay. Buffet breakfast had large selection of food. Shuttle buses to Hirafu/Kutchan start from this hotel, so no worries about not having seats. The buses were also quite frequent. There is a new Niseko Village shop area behind the hotel that houses few retail shops and restaurants, offering more options for food now, rather than just the what's in the hotel.

We went during winter as it is the best season to visit Niseko but what makes our trip exceptionally memorable is this hotel that we can call our 'home' during our 5-night stay in December 2023. The room is exceptionally comfortable and clean but what stands out is the superb hospitality and service from the hotel's team. From the moment we checked in, the Front Office team was very welcoming (shout out to Kiel, Ryoka and the whole team) including the amiable and helpful hotel manager, Ms. Yolande (who took her time to welcome us and have a brief chat). Yolande even made sure to greet the guests every morning as we all walked to the restaurant for breakfast. It is the little things like this that make the difference. And thank you for all the tips and advice which was very very helpful.. During our stay, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the whole winter at Niseko's experience, especially returning to our cosy hotel and room after a long day exploring the small town. Thanks to the housekeeping team who always kept the room in the best condition (I think they make up the room a minimum of two times a day) - I didn't manage to get your names but your work is highly appreciated. On top of that, we always look forward to going for breakfast every morning as the menu prepared is of excellent quality - serving the best produce from Hokkaido like snow king crab. The team at the restaurant deserves much praise. Shoutout to the team (Goong, Korn, Ploy, Nut, Riko and Kristina). Thank you for your warm hospitality and the little conversations we had. I have lots of fond memories during my stay here and I look forward to coming back again real soon and seeing the familiar faces I've met on this trip.

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

The apartments are tastefully designed, combining modern comfort with a touch of local charm. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Niseko's stunning surroundings. Convenient location, offering easy access to both the vibrant town center and the breathtaking natural beauty that Niseko has to offer, as well as the best restaurant offer in Annupuri area.
