The place is great!! The location is good and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Our room has a view of the fireworks right in front of us. The room is big enough to fit a family. We can glaze stars from our room balcony. There is free flow of drinks and beer at the lobby. Strongly recommended! At least stay there for two days.

Very big and good location hotel in Noboribetsu. Very easy to go to jigokudani (3 minutes walk) and many restaurants, shops in front of the hotel. Good service, clean, big public bath.

The location was one of the best things about this hotel. It was so close to everything else you would want to see around this town. Another great thing where the amenities, that hotel has so many things for you to do. It is a huge hotel that you can wander around for a long time. Honestly, after check-in, I did not leave the hotel and I enjoyed everything it had. The Hot Springs were some of the best Hot Springs I’ve ever experience was lovely with the bar and great views of Hell valley the indoor are also nice and varied. The only downfall was in the tatami rooms. The beds were made only between 6 and 8 PM so if you wanted to lie down, it wasn’t prepared, but if you asked, someone would probably come and make it since the hotel had very good customer service. Also the pillows weren’t that comfortable. I had a hard time sleeping in the bed so if I’d come again or for travellers coming, definitely recommend a western style room if you want a better nights sleep because the hotel does think of sulphur due to the Hot Springs and being so close to Hells Valley. Other than that, it will be happy to come again !

Nice and comfy stay. There is a largest public onsen in the hotel overlooking the Hell Valley. Walking distance to souvenir store and convenience stores. I was staying in a Tatami room. Great experience.

Average is good service. I need to change room because too noisy around next door. But the next room not so ready. The room is smelly of the toilet I choose the South side building , i thoughtthe room more new, but still give me old decor.

Unforgettable stay. Location is amazing, right next to Hell Valley. Staff super friendly, the resort has everything - great restaurants, little shop, bar and arcade. The onsen is big, has amazing views and very well maintained - great amenities (you can try the products and buy in the gift shop - well priced and very good quality) and the outdoor onsen is just heaven. We wanna come again in another season and relax again.

My stay at this hotel was awesome! The hotel has plenty of awesome facilities and amenities. Particularly the hot spring which is facing the famous hell valley. The room was clean and traditional. The hotel even provided service to lay out the futon to prepare us for bedtime. The hotel is located near the hell valley which is very convenient, and only a few minutes walk to the street which has plenty of shop houses. Overall I would rate this hotel 4.5/5.0!

The hotel is located at high street and near Noboribetsu Jigokudani. The hot spring is good and area is big. I have stayed at the renovated room that is big and clean. The buffet breakfast is good and many choices.

Everything was lovely. The grand bath was an eye opener and I love it. The breakfast spread was good too! We had ramen at one of the restaurants in the hotel at around 830pm after watching the demon show. We stayed there for 2 nights and did not utilise the grand bath on the 2nd night. I was charged the osen for 2 nights. My friend was not charged for the 2 nights as he did not utilize the onsen. The staff should have asked me before requesting payment of the 2 nights. - Carrine

Hotel cannot give clear information on public transport bus from new chitose airport to noborebeisu. We family with an infant have to struggle with 4 big & 2 small luggages up to hotel from bus terminal

Very nice hotel located right next to Jigokudani Hell Valley. There are many bath ponds available to use over here including outdoor baths. There are many selection available when it comes to room and dining options. We chose the Kaiseki restaurant dining and the food and service was amazing!

Excellent facilities with games for the young at heart and a huge Onsen grand bath to enjoy, even those with tattoos are allowed. The ramen restaurant opens till late (near midnight). We were glad to get some hot comfort food when we got back late after a day out to Sapporo. Those who drive, parking is free. You just need to get a coupon from the front desk/reception.

The only bad experience I facing was to found the Hotel using the car GPS. The phone number (+81-143843322) providing in your booking confirmation e-mail guided me to a remote seven-eleven convenience shop far away from the Hotel. I need to go to the Hotel website and find out the exact phone number which is (+81 143-84-2111). For this mistake I spent more 25 minutes to reach the Hotel. Pls rectify this mistake to avoid misleading other people for repeating the same error.
