A basic but nice hotel. It needs some updating as it's old. Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Not much choice. But overall, it's well located.

Hotel that I do not recommend for the quality/price ratio. When we arrive we are put on the 1st floor but we realize that no socket works in the room and we are told that there is an electricity problem on the 1st floor. We were put on the 4th floor, it smelled of couscous in the room and the cleanliness left something to be desired...

The climate does not work well... The room is then hot and stuffy. The staff is pleasant.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. First, they put me in a room that reeked so badly it was genuinely nauseating it literally smelled like something had died in there. The stench was overwhelming and impossible to ignore. When I checked the bathroom, I found the shower covered in black mould completely disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for any place claiming to be a hotel. After complaining, they moved me to a different room. I thought the nightmare might be over until 1:30 AM, when a male staff member LET HIMSELF INTO MY ROOM WITH A KEY WHILE I WAS ASLEEP. No knocking, no warning. Just opened the door and walked in. I was terrified. I had to call the police. And guess what? There was NO MANAGER ON DUTY. Not that night, not the next day not for the entire three days I was there. No one in charge, no accountability, and clearly no standards. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor STAY FAR AWAY.

The hotel is either 17 or 25-minute walking distance towards the two nearest train stations and a bit far from most centric attractions, so expect a bit of travel to anywhere you need to visit (60-120min approx). Having said that, the hotel staff was very friendly, we were able to communicate in English, and the room was spacious and very clean when we arrived. Our room was cleaned to a high standard during our weekend stay. The hotel offered good breakfast options but we recommend that you arrive early for it. Even though it was served until 10:30 am, food was running out already by 10:00. Reception is open 24/7 which is always a plus!

I was in this Hotel just for one week. The Staff was very nice and helpfull. Room was clean and everything works fine. Hotel have restaurant and the breakfast was ok. I can recommand staying in this Hotel to everyone.

I truly appreciated the police and the services an amazing place to spend time, everything was just amazing, I’m very impatient to be back for more memories. I recommend this place when you want to live a good experience, thanks and see you soon 🎊

The hotel is great. The receptions with the large terrace are very pleasant. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms have an incredible view. I recommend booking a room on a high floor. Some rooms are small but very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay to the ibis hotel.The staff was really helpful and courteous. The roome was clean have nice view to the Garden.The location of the hotel is great and very close to the train station. No doubt i will recomend to everyone.

Unsatisfactory stay. Despite numerous requests our tea and coffee making facilities in our room were not replenished over our 3 night stay. Also, my father's room did not have tea and coffee facilities and again we asked numerous times and he wasn't given any. On at least 4 occasions the key cards to both rooms were not working and we were on level 4 of the hotel. The eating and drinking area was grubby and needed a good clean. Our bedroom floor also felt grubby and a tooth pick was on the floor, which we did not drop there. All in all I would not recommend this hotel. One of the bar staff was pleasant to us in his dealings with us.
