Nice resort to chill and relax, very windy. The food are nice too. However, water pressure is really bad, be prepared you will need to take long time for shower. The bath tub in the picture uploaded is not hot tub but is cold tub because the hot water was not hot at all, the staffs told us they don’t design it to use the bath tub with hot water. This is the first time I encountered such experience, can’t use bath tub with hot water, ridiculous! Disappointed with this experience.

We had an amazing stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa. The hospitality, staffs and vibes were really friendly and awesome. Our buggy driver name Rian is very helpful as well. Their service is tip top notch like a 10 star hotel. We will totally come and visit again.

During our stay, the roof leaking…..and the master bathroom have a very strong weird smell. The team had send someone to check this but the smell getting worse in the late night. However, the service team did their job well.

Montigo is a great value stay if you’re looking for a villa with a private pool. However it is not luxury standard on an international context. Exceptionally perfect for a family with kids who love to swim. Complimentary breakfast was just alright. Wide variety but nothing exceptional. Our family had our other meals at every restaurant in montigo - Indo /Jap / Seafood / Western. Food and service were great. However when it comes to receiving your orders, one should expect a waiting time of 30mins. This is probably cultural context. Would I return to Montigo again? I would say I would as a quick getaway vs a staycation in Sg.

My 4th time coming to Montigo resort, the experience is still so wow! Brought my husband to experience it as well. The vibe at the resort is so chill as compare to city centre. I like the friendliness of the staffs, all so welcoming. And always delivering extra water bottles when we didn’t request for it. This time we check in on 30 dec and spent our countdown over there. Surprised to receive new year gift and also there’s countdown party with firework available. The best cozy countdown ever!

I booked the 3br premium villa. The wooden floors on the master room were popping out, and jacuzzi hot water wasn't working and dust all over the TV area. Other than the scenery, I'm not sure if I'll return.

It was a pleasant retreat, we enjoyed the great view. The service was superb the buggy was mostly on time, we need not have to wait for long. Everything went smoothly, amenities were amazing. Thank uou montigo will definitely visit again!

We had a great experience at the resort, the Montigo teams are super friendly, kind and helpful, the Montigo Cabin sales person went all in to help both my kids with their batik craft and making sure both of them enjoy even without our present. the Montigo wellness staff are polite and nice. especially my therapist San San she so sweet and very friendly to chat with and I enjoy my hot stone massage so much. Our resort room are very spacious and we love the indoor pool and the king size room view and bathroom. but we notice that all sofa are kindly dirty, there's either crumb like stuff or white powdery dust on it not only for our room but also our friends and family room too. Tadd's Restaurant staff are very attentive to everyone who dine in. But as a vegetarian we are happy that there are vegetarian option but it would be better if the staff are more knowledgeable of different kind of vegetarian. Like us we are Latco Ovo Vegetarian we take egg, milk but we don't eat food that contain 5 alliums.(Tips: if you want you can grab food from other place like batam centre..etc) but overall every staff that we meant at the resort are great. I would recommend going for a short trip to enjoy the sea view and let yourself to have a slow and relax moment. for sure will go back again.

The resort provides a personal assistant service, handling everything from activity planning to dining arrangements, allowing me to fully relax. Getting around was easy with the convenient buggy service, making it effortless to explore the resort’s beautiful areas. Montigo’s exceptional service, beautiful setting, and thoughtful amenities make it a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway.

Ever wanted to feel relaxed this is it. Hospitality is great. Nice and calm relaxing place. You will see the staffs going beyond to help you with your requests. Will definitely revisit many times. Definitely recommend for families, fully safe. Right from the ferry terminal to the hotel and back to the ferry terminal, you got nothing to worry about.

This is my 2nd time in Montigo and i came back with my family which is their first time. I am just surprise that from the Immigration we we're not greeted by someone from Montigo to collect our passport together to give it to Immigration so we have to pass the immigration officer one at a time. But there are other guests and in package tour and they don't need to go to immigration officer because someone from Montigo already collected their passport. My first time here also our passports were collected and submitted to immigration officer at the same time and we don't need to go to immigration officer. Same also when we went to Batam view as family our passport was collected by Batam view staff and no need for us to go to immigration officer. We were also told to wait for the shuttle because they have to on board first those package tour guests then when the shuttle is not full we were told to go. So it's like there's a VIP treatment for guests. As I've said this is not my first time. Other than that staff in hotel are very friendly and courteous. As for the facilities, all good. Only the Villa does not have utensils like spoon, fork, glass and plates. You will need to request for it. Food for breakfast are very good, a lot of variety to choose. Service is very good also because our guest room has water leaking from aircon and they fix it immediately.
