Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Noordwijk

Een heel mooi, nieuw hotel. Heel erg schoon. Bedden waren heerlijk. Prima badkamer voorzien van fohn, handzeep, doucheschuim en shampoo. Fijne regendouche die op goede hoogte hangt zodat ook lange mensen er goed onder kunnen staan. De douchewand naar de kamer is gemaakt van melkglas maar daar hangt een gordijn voor dus geen inkijk. Wel airco, maar niet zelf te regelen. Koffie- en thee faciliteiten. Geen koelkast, wat met het warme weer wel lekker geweest was maar aan de bar en in een automaat beneden in de hal zijn koude drankjes beschikbaar. Het hotel ligt heel centraal, heel dicht bij het station en dichtbij een hele grote parkeergarage. Het centrum is op loopafstand en in de buurt zijn heel veel restaurantjes, winkeltjes, barretjes en museums. De tijden om te ontbijten zijn heel erg ruim en het assortiment is ruim voldoende. Je hebt tot 12 uur de tijd om uit te checken, wat erg prettig is.

Have been staying in Hilton for many years in business trips. It is generally fine and what to expect for a business hotel, although of late it has gone downhill. The staff are generally very good, but there is a lot of turnover, always not a good sign. The Breakfast selection is very average and on a lot of occasions they have limited Tea, especially the most popular English Breakfast tea. The hotel has had a recent room upgrade , but they did not do the Bathrooms and the corridor carpets are stained in many places. The hotel is fine and convenient if you are working in the area, but the Hilton in The Hague is far superior and worth the longer commute

Hotel located in a small alley close to a public parking lot, very easy to access. Rooms are on the second floor and has no elevator which is a minor nuisance as the receptionist (a young lady) was very kind and helped us with our luggage going upstairs. Room is big and clean with a kitchenette equipped with tea, coffee, fridge and other amenities. As it is tucked inside an alley, there isn't much sunlight. Hotel is very centrally located and close to many restaurants and bars so there could be some noise at night especially during the weekend. I am sure the hotel is aware of it and provides earplugs as a default in the room. :-) We had an early flight in and had notified the hotel before hand. They said they would try to accommodate and eventually checked us in 6 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time at no cost which I really appreciate. It's a nice cozy place, I recommend it.

L’Hotel è molto classico, ma il soggiorno è stato piacevole! Le stanze sono ampie e hanno un piccolo terrazzino che dà sul mare. Il bagno è spazioso e comodo (unico neo è la tenda di plastica sulla doccia). Non abbiamo testato la colazione (da pagare a parte). Non c’è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto e i parcheggi in zona sono abbastanza costosi! La convenzione con il parcheggio che ci hanno proposto era anch’essa costosa. They specifically lied about the price of the bathrobe and slippers. The employee at the reception, a blonde Dutch guy told me that it would be 11,50 for one person. I couldn't pay right there and then because he said I would have to pay at checkout. They do this so that when you get there the next day to check out they can drop a price of 60 for 2 people when they originally said it was 11,50 per person. They charge an astonishing fee for the rental of the bathrobe and slippers who the employee told me was free. He was on duty at 22nd of February around 3-4 when we checked in. Also they were rude and unhelpful with accommodations and service. We are not a difficult couple but the service we got was below par. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone purely because of the very poor staff. -1 star

Just had a lovely week at the Nh Conference Centre. For people that had “done Amsterdam and want to see a bit of the real Netherlands it’s a fantastic base. The public transport system means it’s accessible even if you have not got the use of a car. Situated in the bulb fields but a quick cycle to the beach. The staff are brilliant, ALL were great helpful, and fun. BREAKFAST, was fantastic and so much choice. The Wellness suit was immaculate. The whole experience was great.

房間裏面沒有一次性牙刷和牙膏，問前台要了兩套，退房的時候竟然收了6.6歐牙刷牙膏費用，無語了

Nice hotel and great room. The service is very great and very Nice

We had two rooms for4 adult members of our family so that we could visit the Tulip fields at the nearby Keukenhof botanical gardens. The bedrooms were of a high standard. However, I have given a rating of terrible, for two overriding reasons: 1. We went to the Ozzo restobar for a pre dinner cocktail prior to our reservation in the Nest restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks even though the Ozzo was relatively quiet and had 3 members of staff on duty. We followed up our drinks - on more than one occasion - but suspect the poor service was due to the fact we were dining in another restaurant at the hotel...! 2. We dined in the Nest restaurant where we enjoyed really good, attentive and friendly service. Some food was very good but two of our party (including a doctor) had oysters and subsequently suffered acute food poisoning which laid them low for a few days after our visit.
