Ulasan Brick Lodge Atlanta/Norcross

The last day of my stay, the man at the front desk was SUPER RUDE!! I stayed almost a week. The day of checkout, I needed to extend my stay for a few more days. My aunt was getting the money together to give Randy. She asked him for an extra hour (12pm). It was 12:07pm when all the money came together. I went to pay him, that man was like, "No, no, no. You get your stuff & get out. I already gave you an extra hour. It doesn't matter you have the money now, you gotta get your stuff I'm checking you out." The thing is, I paid in advance Everytime I extended there, so there was no plight. But 7 minutes after 12? While my stuff is still occupying the room and the money in hand to pay him, but it was too much for him to take the money and reset the key for two more days. It's decent but it wasn't the Ritz Carlton. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know Randy is prejudice as well. He couldn't look me in my face or eyes any time I talked to him my entire stay. He was very short in conversation or assistance. It gave the impression of let me give you what you want and get out of my face. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN despite the comfort bc of Randy

We had very great experience in this place. Room was clean, coffee was hot, laundry was working fine.

Friendly service and good price, the room is very clean, love it.

This our lil get away spot

Simple facilities, nothing fancy, but CLEAN and with staff that show CARE, CONCERN and an interest to do their best in giving SERVICE to their customers. Very impressed with the reaction time when a request was made, the enthusiasm to assist and the respect for the paying guests. Brick Lodge was a pleasant surprise that we will certainly consider again when visiting our daughter in Norcross. Thank you.

Honestly couldn’t rate they couldn’t let me stay there cause I didn’t have the 100 holding fee on my card Maybe next time

Everything is good. Clean.

It's a good place to stop by Atlanta Duluth for a night or so, but the facilities are a bit dated. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning was good.

Excellent value for money, spacious and clean rooms, everything you need inside the room for a very comfortable stay, easy access and enough parking. I recommend it.

Very clean and quiet
