Ulasan Elite Grand Hotel Norrköping

Excellent hotel in the middle of the town. Perfect service. Clean and nice rooms. Very good breakfast. We will return to the hotel.

We stayed on the top floor (7/F) with the view of the church and a square. Room is clean and the tub is large. Breakfast is good with a variety of bread and fresh fruits. You can also make your own mini pancakes. Location is perfect situated in the city centre close to train station. There are plenty of restaurants and sushi bars nearby. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a pub where you can grap a beer at around 90 skr. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel. I have stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and was very outdated, but this time it was much cleaner and better. It has a beautiful bar which I enjoyed a lot.

Great location close to bars, restaurants and shops. Walking distance from the train station. Close to Stadsmuseum and arbetetsmuseum. Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast buffet.

God beliggenhed. Gode rene værelser. Virkede som om hotellet var underbemandet, værelset først klar 1,5 time efter check in time. Kaotisk morgenbuffet med tomme fade og meget ungt personale som manglede overblik.

Centralt och bra! Trevlig personal! God frukost! Fina och rena rum! Vi bodde inåt gården och det var lugnt och tyst!

Parking garage was full so we had to “find our own parking” offsite Noise in the street well into the early morning hours No restaurants open on Friday night. No stores nearby The furniture in the room was old, torn and dirty. The room was too small for an opened sofa bed, it could not be accessed from either side, only the foot of the bed.

Lovely staff so friendly and so helpful

This hotel is old, but for the price they asked for i was expecting the room to be decent. I paid for a more expensive room with a queen size bed. The room was pretty much as small as it could be, but it was located right next to the steel door that leads to the elevators. This ment that every time someone went into the corridor of 30+ rooms the door would SLAM shut so that i would wake up. The door into the room was so poorly sound proofed that it sounded like every time someone passed by the room that they walked through it. I only had one neighbouring room but i could CLEARLY hear what tv-channel he was watching until around midnight when he/she finally turned the TV off. The AC control unit was broken, so the room was super cold the entire night. Breakfast was a disappointment, It was as basic could be, not even white beans to complete a standard english breakfast. No parking available that i could find so needed to drive around the streets to finally find a parking spot and walk back.

Its not friendly hotel . One of the receptionist is races . She is evening shift she let me stay for 25 minutes outside she didnt open the door while its cold and raining that night Sept 26 at 11:45 pm . I showed my hotel card for her to let me in . Still standing and watching me and my husband she us races . The hotel is very old . First tome to use elite grand hotel in Sweden no aircondotion but they have 1 small plastic fan. The room is very small they dont clean well the tub and bathroom . I fall in the tub because its slimy . I ask for rubber mat before I end up to the hospital . I dont recommend that hotel and staying in Sweden is not good for tourist who dont understand their language . I got ticket from the parking for $72.00 for not removing my car from 8-21 am cleaning time . Inside the parking lot and no english instruction only P as in parking then yellow sign that Swedish wording so how do you know their rules or law if no english translation they dont care if your tourist and dont understand their language not fir tourist that place . Buffet not that good .
