Hotel 4 bintang North Charleston yang Popular

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was amazingly quiet, most of the time. No noise from next door, from the hallway, or from the nearby highway! But ... the hotel location is right next to Boeing and near the airport. A couple of times each evening, a plane came over so low I was sure it was landing in the parking lot! The hotel is situated off a busy road, very near the entrance ramp to the interstate. It is hard to spot the hotel and turn in, especially making a left turn. There's a breakfast ”restaurant,” but no other meals are available. The mini-fridge in my room was very noisy. Fortunately, it did not cut on and off, but it was loud! The door to the bathroom stuck and dragged on the floor, making a loud noise each time it opened or closed. Why doesn't housekeeping staff notice and report that kind of issue? Some kind of repair or renovation must have been done recently, leaving big blobs of grout or sealant by the doorway frame. The other odd things about the room seem to be the result of Hilton's design choices and a need for some upgrading. The furnishings seemed sparse and poorly positioned. The ”reading lamp” by the chair, positioned in a corner away from everything else, had an on-switch hidden behind the back of the chair, hard to find, hard to reach, and hanging lampshades at head height when I stood up. The bedside light switch was on the other side of the outlet plate, requiring a long reach. No towel racks in the bathroom, to allow towels to dry out, since they won't be replaced daily. The usual horizontal , chest-height air blast from the very cold AC, and the randomly self-adjusting thermostat.

My family and I have stayed at this location several times and always had a good experience. My son plays travel, ice hockey, and the hotel is very accommodating to our team and the bar and Starbucks café is excellent. Additionally, the customer service goes above and beyond and Shana was very professional and assisted me with a small issue we had after our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had the best experience. Ms. Diamond at the front desk was absolutely the best and made our experience in North Charleston even better!! She went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We will never forget her and will continue to stay at this location when we are in the area.

Front desk staff friendly, facility clean, breakfast average. Issue was room assignment. I booked large king suite room, Assigned room was “handicap assessable’ Did not need that, Two TV , what we expected “ could not change channels on one , could not shut A/C off and also noticed electrical outlets without covers. Changed room, and got smaller king suite only one tv. Did not have the same amenities as what I booked yet I was charged the same price, but it’s also advertised that way. This was also a handicap accessible room, but I certainly wouldn’t call that it is not a walk-in shower you have to climb in. I found the shower to be slippery. Room for two people which we were only two glasses in the room no plastic glasses in the bathroom just two glass glasses by the sink in the sitting area. The bathroom hand soap provided but no little dish or tray to put it and had to leave it on the counter. This is not what I expect from the Marriott property and I try to stay exclusively Marriott property.

The location was good, but it wasn't good room for a couple, the bathroom was open and there was no privacy, and I found a huge bug in my sleep and I had to catch it. It's a place where the airplane noise is very bad.
