GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to nice parc area and has good transport connection to the city center and Rynek area. Very good breakfast with nice combination of international and local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful stuff should be noted and praised.
The room is adequate and cosy with just one note: you should be a slim acrobate or a gymnast to use shower normally, - the bath is nice and spacious, but it would not be easy to take shower comfortly and without having spilled water all around, for XL-and-over persons it is impossible at all.
But generally it should not be so gross, and the staying in this hotel is nice, just maybe there should be more local channels on the hotel TV.

SSiraI stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

TThomasBGI wish I could give it a better review because it actually deserves it with the quiet, spacious and clean rooms but my review is based on reality, not on theory. In the days of a heatwave the hotel had no... air conditioning. They didn't even explain the problem, they first told me it's something a technician should see in my room and fix it. If they can't, they will move me to another room. But it was a central A/C, so the probability of problem for only one room was very low. A few hours later when I returned they told me the problem is bigger and they are trying to fix it, it will be OK soon. And the problem is not only with my room, that's why they can't move me to a room with working A/C. Then they didn't fix it and I had to sleep in a sauna, which was not OK. I complained to trip.com and by the morning (they were unable to contact the hotel late in the evening which is another problem with the hotel service) they arranged for me to be moved in the adjacent building which is another hotel by the same owner. Why the hotel couldn't think of that obvious solution... I have no idea. One more reason for my low service rating. And finally, in the new hotel they offered me as a compensation... free access to pool and SAUNA. Thank you, but I already had mine in my room. Really a pity because it was supposed to be a great hotel - and if A/C was working, it would have been.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Kraków – Wawel Castle and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a unique and carefully thought-out design full of character. Every space has its own personality, and the location couldn’t be better: Wawel Castle, the Old Town and the city’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance.
A special mention goes to the staff. They are young, incredibly kind, professional and patient. Always welcoming and happy to help, they made the whole stay even more enjoyable.
The room had everything you could possibly need: an iron and ironing board (a detail I really appreciated), a kettle, complimentary bottled water and a coffee machine replenished daily with fresh capsules. Honestly, it was the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel abroad.
Another highlight was the hotel’s restaurant, Heritage & Hip. I ordered the Tatar z polędwicy wołowej, and I can honestly say it was the best beef tartare I’ve ever eaten. The quality, balance of flavours and presentation were outstanding—easily on par with what you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.
If I return to Kraków, I won’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel in a perfect location, with an exceptional restaurant.

GGuest UserLarge comfortable room that looked out onto a quadrangle. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Jewish quarter with lots if choice for food and drinks. The main square is a 10-15 minute walk away and easy access to trams. The hotel had a good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. All the food we ate was very tasty. The bar has happy hour from 4pm to 6 pm and drinks were served in the quadrangle. All the staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely go back and highly recommended this hotel.

SSee K CExceptional service from the check-in reception to the restaurant staff for breakfast. We had a very good time enjoying our stay at the hotel.
It is located just opposite Galeria shopping mall and the central station with excellent connectivity like trains, trams and buses to other places and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the old town.
An excellent choice for those who wants the modern comfort and access to old town vibe.

GGuest UserWe had a very cheerful greeting on arrival and were upgraded from a deluxe to an executive apartment. (Not sure why). The apartment was spacious and immaculate with some lovely touches - the foyers were decorated for Christmas with Christmas trees and wreaths. Complimentary water tea and coffee. Coffee cream in fridge. Nespresso machine with selection of nespresso pods. Dressing gown and slippers. We forgot our plug adapter but the receptionist was able to lend us one.
The location was perfect. 30 seconds walk from the main square. Being so close meant we didnt need to rush up in the morning. Some nice restaurants/bars on Bracka Street and nearby. Really easy to be able to pop back and get out of the cold for a bit.
We didn't use the kitchen area for cooking but you could easily cook yourself a meal with the facilities available and fridge to store food.
Our only negative was the bed was very creaky when rolling over which disturbed both of our sleep a little, but overall we don't have any complaints and we would definitely stay again.
We had a late flight home and reception were really kind to store our bags so we didn't have to carry them around all day. Thank you.

FFrozenFireXXYeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is really great, the environment is great, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything else around, all within walking distance, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the old town, which is really convenient. A very satisfying stay. The only thing to note is that the hair dryer in the hotel is prone to overheating. It took a long time to blow dry my long hair, and I had to stop and start. If possible, bring your own hair dryer.

GGuest UserNice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both.
Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world.
Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow.
