Hotel 4-Star di Lesser Poland, Poland

Sebuah hotel yang sangat baik dengan lokasi yang hebat. Ia seperti cinta pandang pertama! Bilik ini bukan sahaja mempunyai mesin kopi dan pemanas air, tetapi juga sebuah karafe. Semua kemudahan, termasuk jubah mandi, selipar dan seterika. Kakitangannya profesional. Dan sarapan pagi bukan sahaja roti gulung, tetapi juga pilihan yang sihat dan beberapa jenis kopi. Saya sangat menyukainya sehingga saya tidak mahu pergi.

Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all.

Excellent location at the jewish quarters room was very spacious, clean modern lifts were a bit slow. Requested disposable slippers but were told not available

Very nice location in the historic area of Krakow. As there is no reception, checkin is done through e-reception which is an interesting solution. Rooms are very clean and despite being surrounded by nightlife the rooms are quiet.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

The hotel is generally quite good and offers a decent overall experience. The room was comfortable, and everything met basic expectations. However, there was a very serious issue during my stay. At around 1 a.m., while I was asleep, a stranger entered my room using a key. It appears that the front desk mistakenly gave another guest access to my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly urge the hotel to review its procedures and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

We stayed for two weeks during Xmas and NYE. The hotel is fine and pretty good during non peak days. But once Xmas and NYE comes along, the hotel gets understaffed and a bit mismanaged. We suspect the usual housekeeping and front desk staff are on leave during the holidays, as there is a big difference in cleaning quality. During the holidays, sink and toilet were still dirty after cleaning, rubbish bins were not emptied, teabags not refilled. A lot of small noticeable details. I was also told by front desk that we had to pay for water bottles in the room, where in fact occasionally we got free bottles. A light in our shower stall kept breaking down and we had to ask the hotel to fix it several times. So suggestion is not to come during Christmas or New year.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

Nice hotel at a central location, the main sights are easily accessibe by few minutes walk. The breakfast selection is great, my room was spacious too. The only negative I can say is that there is no iron and ironing board in the rooms even upon request. You need to go down to the -1 and use the ironing room, I felt this inconvenient.
