The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The indoor play area and the swimming pool are most. I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

If you are on a short trip to Krakow, this is the best hotel to be at. First of all warm welcome at the reception, welcoming staff, freshly baked cookies with aroma, delicious apples if you are hungry. Everything is so perfect, i will consider again if i want to stay.

Good place to stay for a short stay. Not easily accessible though. Had to go to a different building for breakfast. Bathroom and shower weren't that great.

Hotel location is excellent, there is a light rail station downstairs, very convenient It is only about 5 minutes walk to the famous attractions Wawel Castle. The hotel was newly opened for a few months. The indoor environment was very beautiful and clean. The service staff was very friendly. Only after staying for one night, the air conditioner broke. The service staff helped us convert the new room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the new room was also bad. Finally, I agreed to open the window for ventilation. If the same problem is faced in summer, It's gonna be more troublesome. For breakfast, each person chooses a main course first, and then the buffet bar collects drinks and a small amount of food, such as yogurt, fruit, bread, eggs, salad, which tastes good. There is a gym room and sauna room, the environment is clean and elegant, it is a good place to relax. Overall a good experience

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

The location is very good, turn a corner into the square center. Turning in the other direction to the Tram station is very convenient. But called Taxi, the car can't come in and must go to the Tram station to take a ride. The equipment of the house is very good and the room is bright. Although the restaurant and bar are downstairs, it does not affect sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's cooperation restaurant for breakfast. I didn't see the previous evaluation. Because the cafe is downstairs, brunch is provided, which is very convenient. The elevator is very satisfied, don't worry about the old house climbing stairs.

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

The location is really great, the environment is great, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and everything else around, all within walking distance, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the old town, which is really convenient. A very satisfying stay. The only thing to note is that the hair dryer in the hotel is prone to overheating. It took a long time to blow dry my long hair, and I had to stop and start. If possible, bring your own hair dryer.

Stayed here for a few nights while working remotely and it was honestly perfect. The location right in the Old Town is hard to beat — everything is walkable and you're still super well connected for work. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site restaurant is a real highlight. I had a couple of client meetings there and it worked brilliantly — great food, nice atmosphere, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Krakow for business. Already planning to come back!
