Hotel lovely and clean, the rooms are basic but cleaned well every day, coffee and tea and bottled water in your room every day, our children stay in the room next door, i paid for a 3 bedroom but it only had a sofa bed in that was a bit small. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from. bar staff friendly and help full reception very helpful the hotel is about 3 miles from the main town and we got a taxi that was about £4.00 each way but more in busier times!

Will recommend to stay in this hotel if you prefer to stay near the station. Booked this hotel because it’s near the train station. Opposite the hotel is a mall. This hotel is not in the old town but you can walk. The bed is very comfortable. No amenities are provided except shampoo. Toilet roll quality is low. Breakfast: In europe , the breakfast is good with few western food selections such like eggs, bacon, baked beans and sausages. There is a section on salad and cereal. The breakfast comes with a lot of drinks selection. Service is good.

As a frequent visitor, I’ve consistently been impressed, but this visit has truly exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the courtesy and efficiency of your staff never fail to amaze me. Every member of your team, from the reception to the dining area, is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. It’s always refreshing to see my Hilton Member Status recognised and valued, adding a personalised touch to my visits. The breakfast spread offered is delightful, with a wide variety of choices that are both tasty and satisfying, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. My children, who often accompany me, absolutely adore the spa area. The indoor pool is their favourite spot, and it’s wonderful to see them so happy and entertained during our stays. The cleanliness of the rooms deserves a special mention. Maintaining such high standards is no small feat, and your housekeeping staff does an exemplary job. This time, my visit was for a special occasion, and the thoughtful upgrade along with personal greetings from your new manager, Ms Anita S., made it all the more memorable. The standard of this place is not comparable to another Novotel in Cracow (and that what it should be). Rooms with squicky beds, non-functioning lights, the breakfast room with absolutely no capacity matching the number of rooms - you have to stand and wait for your breakfast and coffee for 10' or more. This is unacceptable. But the best of it: no conditioner! The hotel changed their amenities to Rituals which would be great only if they did not save on the conditioner. My female friends with long hair were devastated - without a conditioner that has been present in all the hotels in at least last 30 years worldwide they simply could not comb their hair. So it is a semblance of a progress when you fake-upgrade but take away a product that is absolutely expected in a 4**** hotel. Even better: every day my friends demanded a conditioner at the desk. And they got a small bottle of Rituals produce, always with a remark ”oooh, I need to go and see... oh, yes, we have one sample, but it is our last one”. For fun we tried that many times and it repeated in the loop (”oh, it the last one...”), so it was clear that the management trained their desk people basically to lie (as they had the produce in the back office but just did not want to give tit to the clients). Unbelievable. Once they actually did run out of it and offered us some makes that were taken from other hotels... I don't even know how to comment on that. Poor restaurant (again, nothing to compete with another Novotel). Service and desk-people basically very nice but it's still too little for the expected standart. Never again.

There is no better location if you want to relax before a flight. Modern, clean and with all necessary amenities and facilities to have a pleasant stay. Was also very happy since through my Trip Diamond membership I got a discount of about 15% on the best rates available online and even on the Hilton site

The hotel is ideally located across from the old town square. It is also literally next door to the main Krakow train station. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. The bathroom was all glass. Our reservation came with breakfast which was full of choices. Delicious. The bar also has lots of tasty choices. I recommend the blueberry mule. The dinner menu is small and the food was adequate but not great. We could sit outside though which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:00 pm after a long journey - I was greeted with information that the system was down and it was not possible to check me into the room I booked and that I had to wait in the bar area. Fortunately, the complications did not last long, otherwise it would be reasonable to offer at least a glass of water while waiting for the problem to be solved. However, this is a detail compared to the point: in the room I had no way to turn off the fan, which was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I reported the problem at the reception the next day and asked to turn off the fan - I received information that at the moment there is no such possibility, because the person responsible and able to do it is currently not at work. As a solution, I was offered earplugs, which are very uncomfortable for me to sleep in, but as they say ”better than nothing”. I was hoping for a shade of relaxation during my two-day stay, and as a result I left the hotel with a headache. Two nights of sleep deprivation, annoying ”humming” of the fan in the room and the inability to open the window = drama.

The location is too far, but the hotel is very nice. So clean and comfortable. The lobby is also pretty and lovely administrators🥳

El hotel está muy bien situado. Las instalaciones son nuevas, es muy limpio, todo está cuidado, y las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien decoradas. Volvería a escoger este mismo hotel. El desayuno muy bueno.

We stayed in a twin room without river view. The room was very clean with everything we needed. It is a bit on the small side but we didn't come here to stay in the room. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived in moments. Breakfast is awesome - waffle machine, all types of bread, pastries, cooked breakfast etc. We sat outside near the river to eat. A great way to start the day. We used the pool/jacuzzi and gym several times. Very clean and great views from the pool area over the city. The hotel is near to public transport links with the trams and a train station around 3-5 mins away. You can walk to the main areas too, a great way to explore the city. We don't want to leave!!

We recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. A memorable experience! Walkable distance from city center. You can get transport for famous places from there. Beautiful and huge park near by as well. Western and english breakfast with lots of varieties. Special counter for kids! Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable. Perfect gateway for family, friends and couple. I will definitely visit again. Few suggestions: Pre book thermal bath and breakfast to save some bucks! Indian restaurant nearby!

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokój świetnie zaprojektowany i wykończony, obsługa miła, jedzenie dobre, widać że wszystko jest przemyślane. Super lokalizacja naprzeciwko szkoły narciarskiej, bardzo fajny teren hotelu dookoła. Jednak nie pasuje mi kilka rzeczy: nieczytelne oznaczenie - przechodząc łącznikiem z 1 piętra znajdujemy się na 3cim. Nie odśnieżano wystarczająco dobrze terenu parkingu, ani wyjazdu z hotelu do ulicy, droga jest wąska, chodzi tamtędy non stop mnóstwo narciarzy bo nawet nie wiedzą że z drugiej strony części *** hotelu też jest przejście i tamują ruch. Wyjazd przez kilka dni nie został dobrze odśnieżony, również okolica przed wejściem głównym do hotelu nie była odśniezona przez jakiś czas i moje auto pływało tam sobie w śniegu. Miejsca parkingowe zasypane tak że pick up z napędem 4x4 miał problem żeby zaparkować, nikt nie zatrudnił obsługi do odśnieżania miejsc parkingowych ani nawet nie porozstawiał łopat żeby każdy sam sobie odśnieżył teren wokół auta. Powietrze w pokoju bardzo suche co jest częste w hotelach ale kilma była zepsuta. Część restauracyjna super, brakowało mi jedynie mleka bez laktozy i roślinnego do wyboru. Dość mała część spa jak na tyle osób i jedna sauna zupełnie nieoznaczona, naewt nie wiadomo czy to sauna? Jednak hotel bardzo mi się podobał i na pewno jeszcze wrócę :D

We stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel offered everything we needed - nice room, great location (a 5 minute walk to train station one way and into town the other) and great buffet breakfast. Staff were always helpful and friendly and our room was cleaned every day. What really stood out about this hotel though was the restaurant. The quality of the food was absolutely superb and far better than a lot of the standard tourist menu offerings in Zakopane. I would stay here (and eat here) were I to return to Zakopane.
