The hotel is as pictured, great location and beautiful lobby & bar and great friendly staff as you walk in. The pool was a nice spot to relax and my daughter had a great time swimming. Outlet stores are directly across the street and lots of quick food options. Easy commute into Charleston and folly beach area. The room was nice, beds were fairly comfortable, not the best hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is the only negative. Unlike the rest of the room it had this poorly fitted drop ceiling that was starting to rust from the poor ventilation. There was also a wire rack shelf in the shower that was mostly rusted over, not the kind of place you want to rest you bar of soap.

Everything was great. Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious. Would stay again for sure.

The facilities were great. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But it’s the staff that really stood out. Friendly, professional, and full of southern charm. We felt welcome every time we walked in the door. When we were leaving the lady cleaning up the breakfast area asked if she could get us some muffins from the kitchen… an hour after it was closed. When does that ever happen? They were good too.
