Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby. There are also convenient stores. The reception area is nice. Bed is comfortable. Aircond was warm even at the lowest temperature. A colleague in another room said the same. Breakfast spread was okay but some food was going bad. I pointed it out on the first morning. The same thing happened the next day. The vegetables in the salad bar were mushy and smelling like it was rotten. The full boiled egg for the noodle soup also tasted spoilt.

Stayed here for my brother engagement party (he also booked the hall here) nice and clean room, friendly staff, we got everything we need. They didn’t have prayer mat tho, but they didn’t mind lend it to us. They have a quite a variety foods for breakfast. Worth the price,

Not really ideal for business meeting. However Trip. Com made the error as their pictures showed the wrong room type. Caused a lot of confusion at the reception. Breakfast can be improved to have varied selections. Staff are friendly and willing to assist.

This hotel in Jababeka is such a pleasant surprise! The location is superb, close to industrial areas, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and running errands. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a well-designed layout that doesn't feel cramped, offering plenty of room to move around. The nights are exceptionally quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and the soft, comfortable bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The facilities are complete, with free and reliable Wi-Fi, attentive 24-hour front desk service, and convenient dining and shopping options. Whether for business trips or short stays, it's perfect, offering excellent value for money, and highly recommended!
