We booked luxury sea view room, the room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. Breakfast which is included in itenary is good lunch & dinner is tasty and available till 10 PM Our 4 yrs old kid enjoyed the bed and bathtub. Fridge is available Near to beach, 2 - 3 walk, ***y food outlets available nearby towards main road. Cons : Kettle is not available, hot water isn't with temperature control, some times its very hot, need to be really alert and cautious, if you are traveling with kid. There is no lift , however staff helped with our luggage till 4th Floor,

The location of Riva is excellent. Right on the quietest part of the beach, but still very accessible to beach shacks and restaurants. There are 3 pools on the premises and the spa services are great. Check in and check out was so smooth. I really wish I could rate Riva higher because it’s a beautiful resort with hospitable staff and it has the potential to be very relaxing. However the food was a huge letdown. Goa is known as an amazing culinary experience, and I wish Riva was able to offer food that was upto Goan standards. I ordered a soup at the cafe and it was substandard to say the least. The sambhar and veg gravy the next morning was watered down and then over salted. Fortunately my resourceful family was able to find some amazing food options outside the hotel. There’s work to do and I will wait to hear of better food reviews before I recommend or visit again.

The highest standard service!!! The best breakfasts and dinners , as foreigners we could try the local cousine which is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality so that we decided to extend our stay. It’s a 4 star ⭐️ hotel however thanks to its staff’s approach for me it should be ranked as 5 ☺️ Everything was clean and I felt taken care of. I definitely recommend staying at this property! You won’t regret it!

Quick one night stay. Good amenities, and a clean hotel. Nice pool and food options also. Only down side, we were informed we would receive complimentary drinks and also breakfast packed as we were departing early. We received neither. Overall a good stay with kind staff

We had a fortnight at the Aldeia Santa Rita [ASR] and found it to be staffed by a welcoming, friendly, and professional team. The hotel itself has lovely gardens throughout and plenty of palm trees, which allow for lots of birds, chipmunks, and other local fauna. Rooms: A very traditional Portuguese villa style/looking hotel, the rooms are much the same, although some are of a higher standard than others. These rooms seem to be the ones on the main walk through and face the pool. We really liked the traditional feel and found our rooms to have all we needed, with the exception of a comfy bed. The mattress was very hard, thin, and laid on a solid wooden frame. We did ask for a topper, which helped to an extent. So just be aware. Two fans and air con ensured we could keep cool when needed. Very nice bathroom with a decent shower, and it all looked pretty new. There is no safe/safety deposit box in the rooms. These are all in reception, and you must provide your own locks. We had a first-floor room and would choose this again as it gave more privacy. It was also good to have tea and coffee making facilities plus a full-size fridge. Food: All buffet style with the exception of ”a la carte” nights [every other night]. We definitely had some very nice food on the couple of evenings we did eat at the ASR including a selection of curries and some nice soup . Although we were booked All Inclusive, we had no intention of being so as there are some very good restaurants in Candolim. Otherwise, the food was very much aimed at domestic tourists, so some may find a very limited choice at both breakfast and dinner. Fresh eggs , omelette etc where readily available and cooked to order each breakfast. There was a very efficient toaster and fresh porridge, 1 type of fruit and usually 4/5 hot dishes which, as I've said, were mostly Asian inspired. Overall, the quality of the food was average, in our opinion. Pool: Very nice pool, well maintained, fair amount of sunbeds for the most part. However, there were not enough areas of shade/umbrellas, and it did get very hot. The world famous sun bed baggers were very much in evidence, and many beds were bagged but unused until later in the day. This is annoying whatever hotel or country you're in! One downside, the ants and other small insect critters. These were seen crawling all over the sunbeds throughout the day, and on the day I stayed by the pool (morning) , my bed was under attack all the while. The ants were even more active from about 1630hrs onwards. Not a pleasant situation and 3 of us were bitten, but it evidently did not bother the many who stayed at the pool every day. Location: Very much situated at the Fort end of Candolim, fair to say you're in Sinquerim. It is a fairly quiet location which is nice and it's a good walk to the busier parts of the resort. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The amenities provided, such as the fitness center and on-site restaurant, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my experience. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the attention to detail in the hotel's design and decor. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy.
