My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with the swimming pool being a particular highlight due to its inviting atmosphere and pristine condition. The culinary experience at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was equally impressive. The wide range of breakfast options available each morning was a delightful way to start the day, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing for moments of tranquility and relaxation amidst the natural beauty of Goa. .

Мы только что отдохнули в Колангуте, ГОА,замечательном отеле Terra Paraiso Resort. Очень отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, с любой просьбой тут же оказывают содействие.... Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. Прекрасный человек! Очень добрый, внимательный и профессионал в своей работе! Желаю процветания отелю! Так держать и в дальнейшем. Обязательно вернёмся снова и именно в этот отель! We have been going to Goa for over 20 years but for some reason have never stayed at the Nazri. This was our first trip since pre covid. We arrived mid December and stayed for 2 weeks over Xmas. Arrived late afternoon. First impressions, check in friendly and smooth, taken to our room which was Deluxe with pool view. Was surprised how ***y different blocks of rooms the hotel has. Didn't expect that. Was also surprised there was a lift which is really unusual for Goa. The room was large, spacious, a good sized bed, safe in room, a bathroom with shower over the bath. The good thing was that the bath is not too tall so its really easy to step in for the shower, which is great for people with reduced mobility. The balcony overlooked the pool and plains. We found the bed linen really good, much better than in ***y hotels we've stayed before. Breakfast - we only had this a couple of times, which is no reflection on the hotel. There is inside and outside seating, breakfast is busy, but staff are really helpful. Everyone seemed happy with what was on offer with lots of food being eaten. There is an omelettes station and a station for Indian bread. There are lots of beds around the pool and on the lawns. Availability was only an issue the Xmas week, but still the pool boys ensured every one had a bed, and an umbrella if required. The towel boys were really good and after a day or two knew your preferred spots, how ***y would be using the beds and ensured you were seated comfortably without asking. Theres a small pool bar which is open all day and night and a nice gathering spot. Prices are really reasonable. People seemed to be ordering snacks and meals which were served at lunchtime I think. They have entertainment or theme nights a few nights a week which people seem to enjoy. In the evening the inside restaurant is open which has a bar but we didn't use this. In terms of location its perfect. Straight outside the hotel gate is the busy Baga main road, and its a literally 2 minutes to Tito's lane. Also its great for access to the beach. But when in the hotel and by the pool you would never believe you were so close to the hustle and bustle as the hotel is quiet and peaceful. All staff are polite and helpful. The Tui rep tended to have a walk around the pool mid morning to greet guests which is always nice to see. Goa itself has changed so much over the last 20 years, even before Covid. We found ourselves thinking, ”so ***y things the same”, ”so ***y things different”, but basically we were so glad to be able to get back to Goa again. Would I recommend this hotel. Definitely. Location, staff, excellent pool area and staff, great rooms and beds. (Lift and low baths good for people with less mobility). What's not too like! Already booked again.

Thank goodness we decided to turn our backs on TUI and go with our instincts and past experience’, after all the issues and offers of alternative accommodation we could not bring ourselves to turn our back on the MD and how pleased are we that we didn’t listen to all the negative reviews given by those that obviously don’t realise a good thing by listening to a holiday company that are only after one thing. How can this place be compared to other hotels? The location, the staff, the scenery can NOT be matched by any other accommodation in GOA. That’s my opinion and the opinion of my family and all the negative reviews that the hotel has become anything other than what we have had over the last 18 years is totally inappropriate, nothing has changed apart from not as ***y moaning British as previous years. O and the mini bar doesn’t get stocked unless you can actually be bothered to ask and then they will gladly stock it no problem. The TV doesn’t have a 100 English Channels but none of us come to the MD to sit in the room watching TV. Whilst the rooms are dated they are clean and bedding and towels changed daily, again rooms being dated just gives people something to moan about because surely no one comes to the MD to sit in the rooms. Also a lot of Indian guests this year really enjoying there holidays that also seems to give an excuse for people to have a moan, well if u don’t like Indian holiday makers in there own country it’s maybe time you stayed at home in the cold weather watching TV with the heating on. To all the staff at the MD keep up the good work as we appreciate you as much this year as we have for the last 18 years. Our flights are already booked so see you all next year 👍👍👍.

It was my stay in the Resort Rio five star 🌟 property in Room no 642 I would say everything was perfect I would recommend it is one of the best place to stay in Resort Rio the Rooms ,swimming pool and conference hall with neat and clean also the breakfast in different varieties with proper hygiene also staff specially Mr Ramchandra Raul and kunal they are ver very cooperating I loved the hospitality thank you Resort Rio and their team will definitely come on next business trip in Resort Rio
