Hotel Kota Jakarta Utara dengan Sarapan

Dari daftar masuk hingga daftar keluar, perkhidmatan mereka adalah sempurna. Kakitangannya ramah dan profesional dan sentiasa berusaha keras untuk memenuhi keperluan tetamu. Bilik-biliknya mewah dan selesa, dengan semua kemudahan disediakan. Pilihan tempat makan di hotel ini kaya dan pelbagai, dan setiap hidangan adalah kejutan. Selain itu, lokasi hotel ini sangat baik dan pengangkutan adalah mudah. Secara keseluruhannya, saya sangat mengesyorkan El Hotel, ia adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk menginap.

Makanannya kurang banyak pilihan.. security kolam renangnya kurang ramah, sy buka 2 kamar dgn 4 org dewasa.. ketika itu sy mau antar anak sy masuk ke kolam renangnya tapi tidak di ijinkan krn hanya bawa kartu kamar 2.. seharusnya sgn buka 2 kamar sdh bs masuk 4 org dewasa, ketika itu 2 kartu lainnya sy tinggal di kamar.. intinya ribet bgt mau masuk kesitu.. tidak ada kebijakan sm sekali... yg lainnya sih ckp memuaskan

[Persekitaran yang selesa] Terdapat banyak kedai serbaneka seperti Famima, Lawson dan kedai serbaneka tempatan, jadi membeli-belah adalah mudah, tetapi semuanya dibuka sehingga jam 22:00. Selain itu, dilarang memasuki kedai 5 minit sebelum itu. 【Sarapan▲】 Sarapan pagi adalah untuk bahasa Indonesia. Roti, *makanan yang dibakar, sosej, dan lain-lain baik, tetapi ia sangat sesak pada hujung minggu yang walaupun saya pergi pada pukul 7:10, ia adalah 80% kosong. Apabila saya mengisinya, ia bergegas sekaligus, jadi rasanya ia akan habis tidak lama lagi.

I couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend 

Harris always provide me the clean and comfort experience in Kelapa gading area, I guess the most premium hotel at that area as there isn’t any five star hotel around

Small hotel with 2 floors only but the corridor was long and seemed like lots of room. Very conveniently located next to a big mall. And the room was comfortable with basic amenities. Value for money!

The hotel's location was excellent, being only 15 mins from the airport which was incredibly helpful in avoiding jams. It is also located next to a mall and has easy access to food, drinks and cinema. Cleanliness was great although the shower could use a thorough scrub due to mould. Service was great as well and I had a very smooth check-in/check-out process. Most staff are fluent in English. Haven't used the pool or any of the facilities but it looked nice.

Good quiet hotel near Mall Kelapa Gading. La Piazza is just across from the hotel. All the facilities work well and importantly this is a nonsmoking hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you have business around the MKG area.

I, on behalf of my husband would like to rate 1 or poor during our stay. Because of your management action during quarantine made my husband and my son 8,5 yo are separated for 14 days . You strictly refused him for taking new sample of PCR test while it is valid by current regulation. In addition your team threatened my husband if he did not want to be isolated in Harriston Hotel and preferred to choose in the 'Wisma Atlet' he Will be deported after 14 days isolation. I already Made report to the 'Satgas' team about this and they Said your team's statements were against the law. So i Will make sure to publish this issue in social media so the government can investigate your hotel and Harriston too . You guys , Shangrilla and Harriston has taken advantage of other people so badly.

1. Proses check-in mengambil masa yang lama (sepatutnya pukul 14 lebih baru kami check in lebih kurang pukul 15.30 tapi kami masih perlu menunggu dan dapat masuk ke bilik pada pukul 15.30). . 16.33 (itu 1 bilik, 1 bilik masih menunggu sekitar 15 minit) = kami hanya diberi pampasan dengan 5 gelas jus. 2. Bilik air dan tilam ada lipas kecil. 3. Menelefon pada waktu malam untuk bertanya sama ada saya telah membayar Ekstrabed (walaupun saya telah membayar petang itu) 4. Menelefon bilik sekitar jam 9 pagi selepas sarapan pagi dan berenang dan didekati terus ke bilik untuk meminta bayaran tambahan untuk sarapan pagi (walaupun saya MEMBAYAR SEGERA SEBELUM Sarapan bermula sekitar jam 7 malam) Kesannya kami adalah tetamu yang tidak membayar Sejujurnya, pengalaman ini benar-benar membuatkan saya tidak selesa dan membuat saya berputus asa untuk tinggal
