Ulasan The Reiz Suites, Artotel Curated

We requested for a honeymoon set up . They did a great job . The setting was great ! Great hospitality…

Good and well, the facilities provided are also good, and the hospitality of the staff is also great in serving guests.

The room is very big, and the location is very good, walkable distance to delipark mall Medan👍

Big room, near to malls and train station. Would stay here again.

The Reiz Suites located at the central of the Medan city with walkable distance to the best mall in Medan, Delipark Mall. Comes with 5 stars hotel services with grand lobby and spacious room with adequate air conditioning and comfy mattress and pillow. Definitely worth visiting when you are in Medan!

Comfortable and clean, strategically located near Medan city center, close to malls, eateries, and morning exercise spots. Grab transport is easy to book.

Very dirty bedsheet and drap . We even called the staff to change. Inside room old and not really same with the picture . The tv not internet type , no YouTube lol

Overall very good hotel. Just the elevator can be quite challenging with long long walkway, and only one elevator for the hotel guest. Do spare more time for elevator waiting just in case.

Well maintained place and location, access is a bit problematic with just one lift the wait times can be long, parking at p5 is a small adventure ride. Overall pleasant stay and a nice view a worth the price. There is no gym or pool access to this property

The facilities were good enough for us to use. Just the customer service (male), he agreed to send room key for as the room can't lock without a key, but did not send at all. The phone in the room was not functioning.

My Indonesian Relatives are very happy with everything at the Hotel. Thank you so much for great Service etc.

It was a very pleasant stay here. The reception staffs are very friendly and kind. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and kind. All of them were very nice and friendly. I appreciate everyone. Thanks

All the facilities were great, but there was a slight issue: when we called from the room for something, there was no answer.

Had a really nice stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d be happy to come back again.
