Rekomen Hotel ancol, fasilitas lengkap, pas untuk Staycation keluarga

Sudah kesekian kalinya nginep di Mercure Ancol, alwaysssss happyy & puass bgt. Selalu minta connecting room, pihak hotel bilang tidak menjanjikan tp selalu dapat. Tkyu Mercure selaku mengusahakan yang maksimal untuk cust.

Apabila PPKM tidak selesa, saya datang ke hotel ini untuk bercuti, kerana ada kanak-kanak yang tidak dapat pergi ke Pantai Ancol. Had berenang hotel adalah 1 jam, dan saya tinggal di dalam bilik sepanjang hari. Kakitangannya tidak ramah, terutama penjaga tiang renang, yang benar-benar menjengkelkan. Sekiranya terdapat terhad, anda mesti dimaklumkan dari awal. Apabila anda ke Mercure Hotel, sila fikir dahulu. Adalah lebih baik untuk mencari hotel yang lebih baik, lebih selesa dan lebih selamat.

I have great family vacation with mercure ancol. I got room as my request (high floor, sea view). The room was clean and spacious. I can see sunrise from the sea from my room. The kid's club was great with many activities. The breakfast variety was so so. And also the water heater in my room was a bit cold. I hope I can stay there again next family trip to ancol.

The room is big and comfortable. A lot of activities designed for kids and it’s all for free: VR games center, kids playground, trampoline, kids pool, soccer field, and volleyball field. My kids were very happy. There was an issue with the air con in our room and they upgraded our room to privilage room! Thank you Mercure Hotel for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Really great experience during my staycation here! & SPECIAL THANKS FOR DUTY MANAGER MR RIKI 👍🏻👏🏻 krn di jam 2 pagi sudah mau melayani complain kami terkait AC kamar 745 yg GAK DINGIN, sehingga anak2 tidak bisa tidur nyenyak.. Malam itu juga kami dapat compliment dipindahkan ke kamar lain yg AC nya lebih dingin & plus got compliment for breakfast for 2 adults & 2 kids..and got privilege for late check out until 3 PM. THANK YOU PAK RIKI FOR THE GREAT SERVICE..REALLY APPRECIATE IT 👍🏻👏🏻

Hotel facilities are a bit dated and need further refurbishment. During peak season, the restaurant cannot accommodate the entire guests, so we had to have breakfast at a converted ballroom. The staffs are doing their best to provide satisfactory service, though still need few improvements.

The way to playground should be clear, but good anyway

The overall is good.. the staff friendly etc.. But I have bad experince. The put the standing lamp just in the middle of the sofa bed.. i tried to moved it to side and accidentally broke the glass. And then the housekeeping with no cooperation so I must paid for 1 set new lamp for 1million indonesian rupiah. when i ask to bring home the the lamp set i broke, they said i can not do that. So for the next in the future.. no more mercure for me then.

Expected more from a Mercure brand hotel. There were baby cockroaches in the bathroom and saw one even on the dresser table. It's a strange location as you always have to pay an entrance fee when you get out of the Ancol area and travel back into the Ancol area as it's a tourist destination. It's not a lot but it's weird to pay the amount even when you're staying in this hotel and not just visiting the attractions in the area. For the amount I paid for just 2 nights, I expected more on the cleanliness front, and as I was just in town for the Soundrenaline festival, it soured the experience.

Good location if you want to spend a night for an event / after went theme park activities. Breakfast is totally worth it got lot of variety. Room got really nice city view without any other building nearby. Cons: Need to purchase Ancol entry ticket for 25K per person as the hotel is located inside the theme park area. Better to purchase in their website before going there for convenience. Toiletries is only enough for a person - might need to being your own soap / shampoo. Tried to call for enquiries from room no one pick up so have to go down to receptionist Overall low 4 for me but still a comfortable stay :)

The hotel is clean and qulet, locate just along the sea. There is no sandy beach in the hotel, but you can take the free bid bird bus to the ancol beach. Breakfast is fair although it is very crowded on Sunday morning.
