Can not recommend turnkey enough, Gorvett was incredibly helpful and the room was beautiful! Would definitely stay again

1 aircon unit (living hall) service 3 areas (2 bedrooms and living hall) Toilet door is spoil Toilet door does not have lock Very high operation police station nearby. Especially at night Highly no recommended .

Service was excellent, place was a bit grotty, marks on doors and walls and bathrooms could of been alot cleaner. Amenities excellent and location was great 👍

Clean,comfortable, specious. Kitchen had everything what you need, everything was provided by the landlord. Washing machine and dryer worked very well. We were happy with this accommodation.

The serviced apartment is equipped with really great facilities and is modernly designed. Unfortunately, it is always booked quickly so it is hard to stay here unless booked many many months in advance. Also, the service is kinda bad here so Wi-Fi & data would be slow. There’s no check-in counter so it is quite different than any other hotels because you get escorted to your room individually.

Perfect place to stay for a city trip with my family. Nice view, good beds, good and very friendly service.

Great place to stay just 2 stops outside the free tram. Facility Manager was very helpful, switching out the soft mattress to a firmer one. Extra towels, all equipment is good working condition and maintained. Simple cooking ok, not designed for daily cooking.. Locations is near the hospital - regular ambulance sirens and gathering of ravens in the evening/mornings. Best to stay on higher floor away from the main road. Easy excess to food and to buy/top up your facecard and the 7-11 petrol kiosk right be the tram hop on. Victoria Market 2 tram stop and start of free tram zone to the city. South Melbourne Market is bigger and different from Victoria Market in my opinion 10-15 minutes, Walking distance to Melbourne university and a must visit to Panda Hot pot - 100 Victoria St. A place i will stay again

房間、環境、服務、衞生都好，尤其地理位置很好！公寓可推薦！重點提醒：預訂的時候以為是酒店，到了之後並沒有前台，既沒有標誌也進不了公寓，一定要提前和房東聯繫，確認時間拿鑰匙（就是Airbnb模式）！

체크인시 약간의 불편함이 있었지만 매우 친절 하셨네요. 시설도 깔끔하고 세탁기, 건조기, 식기세척기, 주방기구들이 모두 갖추어져 있어서 4인가족이 지내기에 부족함이 없이 좋았습니다. 멜번대학 및 퀸빅토리아 마켓을 도보로 이동가능한 위치이며, 조금 걷기는 하지만 free tram zone도 도보로 접근 가능한 위치입니다. 주차장도 이용가능해요. 다음에도 멜번을 가게되면 다시 머무르고 싶네요.

房間設施很棒，管家也很nice.，離CBD也很近，交通方便。沒啥缺點 就是開窗後有點吵，因為對面是墨爾本醫院，不時有救護車🚑進出。窗關閉就聽不出來。
