Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge

As a family, we had an amazing stay at Leopard Mountain Lodge! Not only were the accommodation, food and game viewing all of a really high standard, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, happy and relaxed - it made for a casual environment, which we all loved! Ross, our guide, was really experienced and made the game drives fun and informative - we highly recommend him! The quality and abundance of wildlife in the Manyoni Reserve was quite unexpected with rewarding sightings in a beautifully maintained reserve. We also booked a Pangolin Experience, which was very special. Thank you Ryan and team for hosting us!

The most wonderful experience, every need catered for before you even realized you needed it, every detail so beautifully thought through and personalized, an absolute treat. Our requirements had been thoroughly researched before we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. The games drives were fantastic, best sightings in 20years of game lodges. they set the bar very high for our overseas visitors. Food sublime, wine exceptional and the staff treated you like old friends. Would recommend Leopard Mountain for anyone looking to be spoilt and wanting outstanding game drives with exceptionally knowledgeable rangers.

The Leopard Mountain Lodge is a beautiful lodge, fabulous location. The terrace with the great view is amazing. We really enjoyed dinner outside in the boma. The lodge is very tastefully decorated and the service is super nice and very personal. We really enjoyed our 3 days at the lodge. The game drives were great, lots of beautiful moments in nature.

Pure magic! I've stayed at several lodges throughout South Africa, but Leopard Mountain has a charm and attention to detail that I've never experienced. They hands down have the best rooms! The sunrises were out of this world. Taking a dip in the private plunge pool and enjoying the views at the beginning and end of the day... INCREDIBLE! I love this particular reserve as well. The landscape is stunning and we were able to witness one of the best animal sightings I've ever seen. I look forward to bringing groups to this lodge. I plan on bringing groups from the states 2-3 times over the next year. Sending a special shoutout to Percy and George. Their service and warmth did not go unnoticed.

The Leopard Mountain Lodge design, surroundings, staff and wildlife guides were all exceptional! I was part of a small group visit and we all were so excited about going on a safari. We didn’t know what to expect, and our4-day, 3-night trip was absolutely awesome, from unexpected animal encounters and gin ‘n’ tonic sundowners in the bush to over-the-top accommodations. I could have just stayed in my room and enjoyed the view, but of course the animals called. The guides went out of their way to spot animals. I use a cane and am very grateful to my guide, Alex, who helped me in/out of the vehicle all the time. All the staff were attentive to everyone’s needs.

I don't even know where to start because our experience at Leopard Mountain was so great. So I will break down what we loved the best about this lodge in the bullet list form below: -The people - everyone who worked at the lodge went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Everything from the tiny touches like cold brew before the morning game drive, port left in our room before bed, turndown service, laundry if needed, picnics in the safari, the people were just so amazing at making our experience unforgettable -The game drives - this was probably one of our favorite things about Leopard Mountain. The guide was SO knowledgable and was able to tell us all about the animals we saw, their behaviors, and anything other questions we had he had all the answers. He also took his time to really make sure we understood the animals and what was going on throughout the safari which I really appreciated -The lodge itself - the rooms are beautiful and look over the safari, the hotel itself is situated on such a nice area on the reserve, decorated with 5 star taste, and VERY clean. Also the food is over the top, breakfast, lunch, and dinner never disappointed us. TLDR: if you are thinking about going to Leopard Mountain and booking a stay here, do not think twice because you will NOT regret it :)

These days it is rare to find the wild places where you can really feel you’re deep in nature. Leopard mountain achieves this yet it is still so accessible. The lodge is five star and the staff were fabulous. The lions add that edge to the whole experience that sharpens your awareness. Such a great experience.

AMAZING PLACE !!! We were there for our honey moon, everything was beyond perfect - our suite, the food, the staff, the safaris... special thanks to Jian who made sure we had the best experience, also Sean who took us to the game reserve for the safaris (he was funny, friendly and knew everything about everything)... and everyone else. It was by far the very best time we had during our whole South African trip, maybe among the best times we had in our lives. We will be back! Merci beaucoup ❤️

My wife and I had a wonderful two day stay at Leopard Mountain Safari Lodge: the setting is breathtaking, two game drives a day in excellent vehicles with a knowledgeable driver, very friendly staff, excellent luxurious accomodation, good food, extra attention to small details - in short, we should have booked more days there. Recommended unreservedly.
