I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious.Good place to stay with family and friend, friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

I like the Caspia hotel, when I enter in the lobby the reception staff ms.neelam, ahnees, and mr Pawan greetings us. And they politely and smoothly complete the checkin process and room alloted!! When I enter in the room the room was too good and road sight view simply feel like a wow! I order some food in room the taste of food is good and the portion of food is also good! Overall comfortable stay in Caspia hotel.

Excellent service done by staff, very cooperative and helpful. Room service best , restaurant also so good. All items comes on time , electricity backup, AC cooling, water supply, housekeeping staff also all good. Anybody can come here best stay in Delhi.

Best comfort and I liked the way they provide me everything as I forgot my utensil here they have provided me quickly without any hesitation and also I like the way Jasveer sir helped out to find all my utensil and they also have the good communication skills the way they have treated me and also the way they communicate with others and they have a deep respect for women. ……..

Very comfortable stay , rooms were comfortable, I would love to visit again Staff was very polite special thanks to reception team ms ahnees and mr Pawan on reception they helped me during my checkout, they both were very polite... I will recommend my family and friends to visit here...food was also very delicious each and everything was perfect..staff was helping as well as polite...
