喜欢 · private parking place in front of hotel. The room is not small, it does not look modern but has everything for you to stay OK. 不喜欢 · I had the room towards the street, it was really loud due to the traffic. I couldn´t sleep well due to the vehicle noise. I tried to close the window and switch on air conditioner, but there is no remote controller and staff does not find a backup. 查看翻译

酒店比較久 但是有餐廳酒吧 房間很乾凈

酒店還可以，酒店附近的街道倒是很喜歡，很有特色的紅房子

離機場很近，主打一個經濟實惠，如果是過來旅遊就不建議住這裏，周圍吃的很少

環境一般，離大街太近有吵聲。不過停車場免費挺安全的

環境不錯，早上的時候前台還會請喝咖啡

距離機場很近，很適合早班飛機人士，酒店房間不大但很乾凈，門口有公交站，去布魯塞爾老城大概40分鐘。

First of all , the front desk receptionist was friendly and nice. However, the hotel was not that close to the airport as advertised and it costed us 25 Euro to take an Uber to get there. Besides, the hotel was quite old. Our room was on the 2nd floor without any elevator and that our familiy would have to take 7 luggages up. Additionally, I booked a 4 twin bed room as shown in the picture but was given a 2 twin bed and 1 small double bed room for 4 adults. The small double bed was not large enough to fit 2 adults resulting in one of us sleeping on the floor. Last but not least, the bathroom glass door was see-through and there was no way to get any privacy while showering or using the toilet. We will not recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights as a base to explore Brussels and Belgium. Price is reasonable with free parking. Rooms are plain and minimal decoration and furniture, with a smallish wall-mounted TV (which had pretty good variety of programming). The bathroom was large in my room but this is not standard. The oddest thing was a mini-fridge inside a floor level cupboard which could NOT be plugged in because no outlet at the back for the electrical plug. I had to move the fridge closer to an outlet which forced it to be either in front of (and in the way of) the desk or wardrobe. Better than no fridge but very silly. Staff at front desk were super helpful and friendly. Bartender much less friendly whom only spoke French. Room door was not squarely hung properly as one could see a sliver of light inside the room above the door. Another negative was only one window that opened outward at the top (about 1 foot max). For a room that can get stuffy without air con. this is inadequate to make the room more comfortable. Apparently some superior rooms do have a/c. Front desk claimed that fans were placed in non-a/c rooms but not in my room. There was significant street noise at all hours even with my room on the side rather than street front, including garbage collection. Rooms with a/c can probably drown out most street noise. Front desk promised 24 hour service but no one was on duty at 4:45 when I departed. Just left without checking on account status. Certainly great for 1 or 2 nights. Any longer is not exactly recommended.

One might easily be put off from this hotel by looking at the entrance on a busy road - don't be. The staff and food are terrific. Alright the rooms are basic but have everything one needs. We arrived in Brussels airport from London and took a cab to Taormina. The outside looked a bit run down but we pressed on and glad we did. The receptionist, Brian, gave us a welcome and showed us to our room which was adequate and clean with a good sized bathroom. After refreshing ourselves we went to the bar for a beer and a meal. We were asked if we wanted to go through to the rear. We walked through two well set out dining rooms, with tables all smartly laid, to a large patio area at the back of the building with many tables, suitable shading (it was a hot evening) and sat down to one of the best hotel meals I have ever enjoyed, and I have travelled the world for over 60 years. We both ordered stuffed veal in breadcrumbs, deep fried and with a mushroom sauce. There was far more than we would normally eat but we both cleared our plates. The place is obviously popular as there were a lot of diners tucking in, even so, service was prompt and done with a smile and the kind of diner/waiter rapport that only happens with experienced workers in the hospitality business. Later in our trip we had already prebooked a night at Motel One in central Brussels, what a contrast. The owners of Taormina have forgotten more about how to run a hotel that=n the owners of Motel One ever knew.

Pésimo hotel !!! Una noche antes nos cambiaron nuestra reserva que teníamos echa desde febrero, NOS AVISARON UNA NOCHE ANTES. nuestra reserva era en  Albert Hotel, que nos quedaba cerca a todo nuestro itinerario que ya teníamos programado, cuando llegamos al aeropuerto nos llega un mensaje que si podíamos cancelabamos la reserva o continuar con ella si queríamos, dicho esto en su mensaje nos ofrecían otro hotel, TAORMINA (4 estrellas) según ellos, con tan poco tiempo de previo aviso Y A 50 MINUTOS DE ALBERT HOTEL, pusieron la excusa que tenian problemas técnicos, pero de problemas técnicos nadaa.. decidimos ir a albert hotel a preguntar personalmete porque ese cambio tan repentino y avisarnos una noche antes, nos encontramos con la sorpresa que tenian un grupo grande y que nuestra habitación ya estaba dada a otras personas, ahi nos dimos cuenta que no tenian ningun problema tecnico, tenian toda la mesa montada para cada comensal con bebidas y desayuno para cada persona, y a nosotras como eramos dos personas nos mandaron a tomar por el cu.. hicieron con nosotras lo que les dio la gana, cuando llegamos a TAORMINA nuestras expectativas eran grandes ya que al ser 4 estrellas uno espera lo mejor. Decidimos aceptar e ir. Pero fue lo peor que pudimos hacer, aceptar, en TAORMINA nos dieron una habitación que no tenía aire acondicionado, cuando entramos esa habitación era un horno de caliente, había un solo ventilador de plástico por no decir del chino, que apenas y se paraba, nuestra ventana de la habitación no se podía abrir ya que nos pusieron un letrero que era prohibido abrirla, y cuando miramos desde la calle todas las ventanas abiertas excepto la nuestra, un desastre de hotel, Hicimos una reserva para dos personas y en el lavabo solo había una toalla y eran unas  toallas viejas, fui a pedir una al recepcionista y reclame que como nos pueden dejar solo una si somos dos personas, me dice que luego me la sube a la habitación y cuando la lleva me trae una toalla de secar manos (ENSERIO) El plato de ducha se enbosaba ni bien uno abría la ducha, todo un barrial, nisiquiera fueron capaces de decirnos que conexiones habían ya que LITERAL ERA DE 50 MINUTOS EN BUS, TUVIMOS QUE VOLVERNOS EN TAXI, GASTANDO MAS DE NUESTRO PRESUPUESTO, Y TODO POR CULPA DE ESE CAMBIO DE HOTEL, YA QUE BUSES SOLO HABIAN HASTA LAS 11:00 DE LA NOCHE POR LA ZONA, aceptar e ir a ese hotel fue la peor decisión que pudimos haber tomado, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA HOSPEDARSE EN ALBERT HOTEL O TAORMINA HOTEL,  SON LO PEOR DE BRUSELAS

Lo escogimos por el precio ya que cuando llegamos a Belgica el hotel que habiamos reservado no existia. La verdad es que la chica de recepcion es majisima y nos ayudo muchisimo. El hotel en si esta un poco dejado, las sabanas y toallas estaban sucias y el suelo no lo barrian. Para dormir esta bien pero yo hubiera escogido otro ai no hubiera sido porque fue todo a ultima hora ya que estabamos en belgica sin hotel. Hay mejores opciones, la verdad.

Chambre propre mais salle de bain très très moyen Pas d’eau chaude qui coule au robinet, carrelage cassée, prise électrique avec les fils à l’air , pas de savon dans les distributeurs à rénover sérieusement ou enlever les étoile inutile
