We booked Villa Felicia at short notice and from the initial contact to book our room throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This is a family run agri tourism hotel. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean with gòod aircon. The gardens and pool were great (you can also use the two pools and snack bar at the partner self catering site just a short walk up the road too). Would recommend a car as it is a short drive to the beach and into Noto town centre. Food and wine during our stay were fabulous.

The Villia Felicia was so beautiful and calming the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful 🤩 staff was lovely and the on-site restaurants and pools made it hard to leave. The front desk staff was great and very friendly- gave us lots of awesome suggestions of local places and very nice- spoke very good English. The villia is also run by a very kind and friendly family who are really welcoming. It was a quite refuge from the city and very close to amazing hikes and gorgeous mountains, beaches and historic locations with out all the people. Also the food and wine at the hotel was some of the best we had! The breakfast was delicious and unbelievably gorgeous- felt like royalty 👸

The villa and gardens are beautiful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lovely shower, fantastic restaurant and the breakfast is abundant and fresh. The location is peaceful but close to Noto and sea. We were happy to stay there and will return. Love for all the staff

We recently spent 5 wonderful nights at Villa Felicia. Our quadruple room featured a large, private patio, which provided ample space for relaxing and storing our belongings - a convenient and much-appreciated addition. While our bed was on the firm side, it was more comfortable than the overly soft beds in the second bedroom. The pool was a real highlight, and we made good use of it throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of delicious cakes, though we felt that adding more egg dishes and a wider selection of fresh fruits would elevate the experience. We also dined in the restaurant several times, and each meal was of good quality. We didn’t like the cats coming to our table. The service was somewhat inconsistent. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but a few came across as less approachable, giving the impression they were more interested in finishing their cigarette than assisting guests. At nearly €300 per night, we were surprised to be charged extra for pool towel rentals, which felt a bit unnecessary given the overall cost. We also had access to the nearby Terra dei Limoni, but it appeared somewhat outdated. Especially the bar and the playground could benefit from a refresh.

We have just returned from a week’s stay at Villa Felicia as a family of six with a small child and we all agreed that the reviews on here don’t actually do this place justice! The hotel and grounds are beautiful; an oasis of relaxation amidst lemon, olive and orange trees. There is ample shaded parking. The pool is well sized and refreshingly cool with plenty of sun loungers (shaded as you wish) available. Around the corner a few minutes walk away, is a sister property, Tierra dei Limoni, where two other, larger pools are at your disposal and where you can enjoy delicious salads and snacks for lunch. The 8-10am breakfast was wonderful, think continental buffet but with the added deliciousness of homemade breads/cakes/pastries/jams. The staff are all very warm, friendly and attentive. Our rooms were very comfortable: very clean (daily housekeeping), good aircon, good showers and comfortable beds, we all slept very well at night. We also had kitchenettes which were well equipped with pans and utensils for home cooking. The restaurant serves dinner 7-10pm (usual Sicilian times) and the food is amazing. Of all the spectacular cuisine we enjoyed in Sicily, we agreed that Villa Felicia topped the list in terms of value for money and we dined here multiple times. We highly recommend the Panzerotti allq norma as well as the polpette. Grazie Mille and we hope to return again in the future!

I can't say enough about how great is was - from the rooms to the grounds to the fantastic breakfast buffet and dinner and certainly the wonderful service. All the people working here look happy. Don't hesitate to book here. You'll be happy you did. It's also very near a great beach.

We recommend Villa Felicia! This small oasis of relaxation in between the lemon and olive trees brought instant relaxation. We stayed in this hotel for one night only, but would surely book again (and for longer). We recommend visiting this hotel if you want to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities such as the multiple pools that are available. The beach (lido de Noto) was less interesting and very quiet around this time (May 2024). We visited Noto City which is easily traveled to by car, which is a very nice historical place- but the hotel is nice enough to simply stay there if the weather is good. Every person on the staff was kind and friendly and they personalized their service by joining us in the birthday celebrations at midnight. Both breakfast and dinner were very impressive, looking at the options available and the taste of the dishes. You do not need to look for other restaurants if you book here. Big compliment to host Salvatore, family and staff.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of April, we really enjoyed our stay. Even from the booking stages we kept in contact with Villa Felicia, they are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of food assortments (beside the usual they have lots of delicious sweets made inhouse).

This hotel is a true gem! It is an oasis in the middle of orange and lemon groves. The grounds are impeccable and the hotel is pristine. It is a very easy trip to drive to downtown Noto or Syracuse if that is your preference. There is ample parking as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast may be the best I have had anywhere. Very very comfortable private rooms with individual outside space surrounded by hedges. Almost like having your own yard. The beach is also really close. Truly an oasis for rest and relaxation in the midst of an exciting Sicilian vacation.

Super cosy family run hotel/apartments and perfect hangout for a few days east-coast - Noto valley, with good acces to Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, Modica and Ragusa. Staff is very attentive and makes you feel at home straight on. The dinner served is really top quality hence we dined in all nights . Definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in the most adorable surroundings and olive grooves. Fantastic atmosphere where the owner recognizes you and asks how are you in Italian! Very helpful stuff and delicious food. During my Italian trip this hotel had the greatest variety of glutenfree food. You eat breakfast under lemon tress. New and modern bungalows, beautiful gardens and swimming pools. Small,family and very friendly place

Wonderful, peaceful (except for our own kids perhaps) hotel, spotlessly clean with fabulous service. A great location to explore the many gems of South East Sicily with easy drives to the likes of Syracuse, Noto and Ragusa. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family holiday. Thank You Villa Felicia.

Villa Felicia is spectacular! They have the best breakfast in Sicily and the staff are warm and welcoming! It is a perfect place to explore South Sicily! Villa Felicia è spettacolare!
