Hotel is well maintained and managed by Leonardo group. Enjoyed the stay there for 6 nights. Highly recommended

The experience overall was good , we only stayed a few hours at night to sleep. Customer service was good. The only issue was the low shower pressure otherwise the room and toilet was clean.

This is the chain hotel with providing standard services and facilities. The room is clean, big and quiet. The bathroom is clean but a little bit old. The breakfast is impressive. All staffs are young, helpful and friendly. The location is good, 10-12 mins walk from Nottingham Station. The pricing is good. There is a bar at ground floor if you have sleeping problem. Refreshing water bar has been setup at the reception is impressive. The check-in is at 3pm daily, it would better if can be set earlier.

Room is big enough and comfortable and tidy. It just take me 6 minutes to the train station so it’s really convenient.

The location is great, it’s close to the train station, which is convenient for us. The room is also very nice and tidy. Love this hotel brand a lot.

Clean Hotel and nice entrance lobby. Rooms are basic but comfortable and everything you need for a short stay. Limited bar but a nice environment to have a sit and chat. 15 minute walk to the town centre and no car park. Overall a good stay and would return.

Hotel location is very convenient, being within 10min walking distance of Nottingham station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff had missed out on the hairdryer but delivered it up promptly once we had informed them. Note that the keycards don't work very well. We left a keycard in the room and brought the other card out but found that the room couldn't be opened... This seems to be common as there was another lady at the concierge facing the same problem. The room cleaning was... Interesting, if you could call cleaning in a way which makes you question if anything had been cleaned cleaning. Sadly the hotel did not provide room slippers. There was free orange juice and water at the lobby though.

Hotel was good :), had an enjoyable stay and was right by the train station.

Hotel is close to train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Really comfortable bed and clean.Would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Facilities were good. Car parking is not that easy but satisfactory. We would go there again.
