Ulasan Leonardo Hotel Nottingham

Our room in the Leonardo in Nottingham frankly looked like it had been the scene of a crime. There were grotesque odd coloured stains on just about every surface together with mystery stains on the towels.

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Also, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. However, the Nottingham city itself is ****. We paid the tram fare buy still got the penalty and the appeal got rejected. The tram officers are rude and they do not listen to what you say. It is strongly advised not to live and stay in Nottingham, unless you have plenty of money to be fined.

Handy for the train station. Walkable to city centre. Close to some interesting places

This hotel is just a short walk away from the train station, which makes it pretty central regardless of where in Nottingham you need to go. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although I dislike the insistent emails on the lead in to my visit trying to get you to check in online. Good job I didn't, as I arrived early unexpectedly and was still able to get a room straightaway, whereas I would have had a couple of hours to wait if I'd done the online check in. This is a decent chain of hotels, I've had good experiences in the past and this visit was also fine. Only real complaint was the absence of biscuits with the tea and coffee set up in the room - surely a basic human right.

Stayed with a group of friends to watch the cricket, perfect location and good breakfast.

Room on the 10th floor offered great city views, however was a little noisy - could ear other guests and house keepers in the corridor, there was also some traffic noise. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom should be modernised to offer better shower experience and provide more counter space but was clean. Great location to access the train station and city.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, we could check in before 11 o’clock which really helped as to had a trip booked for 11👍 good bar as well open to midnight so 10 out of 10

A four star hotel using a plugged in heater to heat the room!! Embarrassing! And inefficient!

The room is comfortable and clean. We had enjoyed a pleasant night in this hotel.

Perfect location for where I needed to be, right next to the rail station and arena.

The bedding and bed were lovely and the hotel is in a very good location walking distance from the bus and train stations. There were however cobwebs on the light fittings and in between the doors.

Located next to the Nottingham railway station, clean facilities, and a nice enough room. However, the bathroom was quite dated, with the hand towel bizarrely located next to the toilet (instead of the sink at the opposite corner), and lower than expected shower pressure. The television was placed at the side of the room (so, perpendicular to the sightline from bed), and you’d need to pay for toothbrushes and other amenities (at a premium rate) that are provided for free upon request at other hotels. There also don’t seem to be enough lifts — we had to wait some time as people were checking out. Staff were friendly enough, and this was one of the more affordable options that evening. Would only recommend if there’s a discount (don’t expect a premium offering, and you’ll be fine).

Great location as it’s right next to the station but definitely not a 4 star hotel; it felt more ‘budget friendly’. Room was not clean, reception would never answer their phones and staff were rude. Do not recommend.
