Saya mendapat inspirasi untuk menulis ini pada lewat malam. Saya jarang menginap di hotel bukan rangkaian, dan saya hanya memilih untuk menginap di sini kerana ulasan yang baik. Hasilnya adalah kekecewaan besar bagi saya secara peribadi. Pertama sekali, hotel itu sepatutnya merupakan pengubahsuaian rumah lama. Bilik saya berada di tingkat satu. Sebaik sahaja aku membuka pintu, aku tidak berpuas hati dengan bau bilik itu. Saya berkomunikasi dengan meja depan dan dia menjelaskan bahawa ia adalah bau semburan dan tidak ada penyelesaian lain. Saya juga tidak tahu mengapa meletakkan beberapa topeng dan empat botol air dianggap perkhidmatan yang baik, tetapi memikirkan bahawa saya hanya akan tinggal untuk satu malam, saya menyerah. Kedua, biliknya sangat kecil. Saya benar-benar merasakan bahawa harganya tidak berbaloi untuk bilik sedemikian. Sekarang saya menginap di Hotel Orange dengan harga yang sama. Saya sangat gembira kerana saya membatalkan dengan cepat dua malam yang saya tempah pada 31/1 dan sebaliknya menginap di rangkaian hotel. Akhir sekali, kenapa sarapan hotel bernilai 38 seorang? saya tak faham. Tidak banyak jenis. Buburnya hanya bubur kacang hijau dan ubi, dan bun hanya siomai dan roti kukus? Tetapi pakcik di restoran itu sangat baik. Saya menaiki kereta api laju pada waktu pagi dan tidak sempat bersarapan, jadi dia membungkus beberapa bijirin kasar untuk saya. Terima kasih sekali lagi. Namun, malam pertama saya di Chengdu benar-benar mengecewakan saya.

Overall a fantastic stay in this hotel. The 4 front desk lady staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They greeted us warmly every time we walked past them, helped us to collect our laundry, even helped with carrying our luggage. The breakfast spread was delicious, though the eating area was small, they provided a sufficient variety of dishes: western and Chinese. They are offering a promotion of buy 1 free 1 breakfast, it is an amazing deal. The room was clean and comfortable, though slightly small, it has everything you need. Personally I appreciate the comfort of the bed and pillows, it is not overly soft and most importantly it is very clean. There is nighttime dessert provided everyday which is delicious too. There is coffee machine, chrysanthemum tea and hot jujube ginger tea provided at lobby. The location of the hotel is just nice for me, as it is away from the busy area, it is less crowded and quiet. The neighbourhood has some delicious eateries as well. Walking distance to KuanZhai Alley is around 5-10min. Definitely will come back if I were to visit again.

I chose this place having stayed here last year - the location is perfect for access to Metro, KuanZhai nightlife and food, Tianfu Square museums and cultural activities, and only a short walk from two great parks perfect for weekend people watching and relaxing. The room is small but super comfortable with amazing shower and large bed. Staff are friendly and service is excellent plus the Chinese breakfast buffet is extensive and always with a fresh noodle soup option. I thoroughly recommend this place.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Nostalgia Hotel in Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley! 😇 Upon arrival, we were informed that hot water and heating were temporarily unavailable. However, the staff went above and beyond—they upgraded our room and even provided two complimentary breakfast sets the next morning. Such incredible hospitality! 👍🏻😘 The staff were super friendly and attentive, even calling our room to check if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. 🤩 Their thoughtfulness truly stood out! Housekeeping kept the room spotless and even left handwritten notes 📝 and small gifts 🎁 for us—such a sweet and personal touch! 🍬💕 The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we slept like a dream. 💤🛌 One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet—a delicious and diverse selection of fresh food catering to different tastes. 🍲 Best of all, it was free-flow, so we could enjoy as much as we wanted! 👏🏻 The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to everywhere, making our trip even more convenient. 📍 It’s just a 9-minute walk from Tong Hui Men Metro Station (通惠门站), which made getting around the city super easy. 🚉 ✨ Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Chengdu! 😍🫰🏻

One of the best hotel I had in Cheng Du. Very Helpful receptionist and always greeting to you. Beautiful Lobby and always provide free snacks and free drinks. Very clean and tidy Room with nice bath room facilities. Walking distance to Kuan Zai Ally and People's Park and there is restaurant nearby as well. Me and my friend very enjoy staying in this hotel. Have a very good time here.

Wow what a lovely surprise to find this nostalgic hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and assertive. The hotel looks great, the rooms are comfortable and the bed gave the best night sleep. The location is convenient with lots of food options close by. The people’s park is close and also metro stations. Next time I’m in Chengdu, I’ll be staying here.

I have travelled extensively throughout Southeast Asia and China, staying from low budget hotels to luxury big names. But this is the first time I actually felt the warmth from the service provided by a hotel! The bed is super comfortable, the design is beautiful, and the room is super clean. Breakfast is extremely affordable and delicious, with the server keep on asking about our needs. We even got a handwritten note on the second day of our stay, asking about how our stay was! Mandarin is not my first language, but I still tried to write back to express my thanks to them. Thank you so much Nostalgia Hotel Chengdu. My family absolutely loved it here and will return when we are here again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room is clean and comfortable. Kind staff and services provided by the hotel (including little tidbits and supper and coffee machine). Great hotel, just a little off the Kuanzai Alley.

Hotel service is very good. Provide free laundry service. Daily room service with free water, tibbits and also small gift to make you feel warm. The hotel also provide free supper, coffee and tea. Simple breakfast serve with limited choices but its enough for us. Room is a bit small. We have 2 big luggage 24" n 28" need to put on the chair. It is very convenient to grab food to room. The robot will delivery the food to your room. Location is just oposite big road from KuanZhai Alley. You need to walk about 10mins. The road is a bit dark but OK for us walk with big group. Near to MRT Tonghuinstation with walking distance also about 10 to 15mins. Near to People Park with walking distance 10 to 15mins. Overall satisfied

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I love their hospitality. After I mentioned that I couldn’t sleep well due to a little noise, they upgraded me to a better room. They also provided me with warm pads when I was feeling cold, and there’s even a late-night supper! Every time I return, it truly feels like home. Thank you so much!

Yes, it’s located next to KuanZhai but it’s kinda far away from the city centre - IFS and all. Somemore the hotel is situated near the housing area so only one small local convenience store next to the hotel and several restaurants available within 10 mins walk. Other than location, everything is really great. I loved their services as they were all so friendly. Rooms were clean, many things available - mouthwash, face tissue, sanitary pads etc. would say it’s very thoughtful. Breakfast wise, I don’t think it’s worth paying to have it as the choices are limited and the size of restaurant is smalll.
