Ideal location for me to walk into town for shopping and eating out. Staff were excellent from reception to house keeping. Room service meals were good too Was a little disappointed as the bath was in need of replacing. The surface had peeled away and whilst it was ok for the shower, you wouldn't want to soak in it.

I came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.

This is a basic hotel the few of the amenities you might get elsewhere. But at £50 for the night all my needs were met. As others have stated it’s a bit quirky having to arrange a booking in time but the place is otherwise unstaffed. The bed was clean and comfy, warm too as it was -1 outside. If all you want is somewhere to lay your head for the night then it’s very nice. I was in one of the upper rooms and the en-suite toilet was a of the macerator variety - no paper down the loo. But this did not distract from the overall stay.

The customer service was amazing and we felt welcomed as soon as we entered the hotel. We were greeted by lovely neha, who was great to talk to as well as being understanding and helped us with the check in as we arrived earlier than expected. I would also like to say thank you to saff for great customer service when it came to leaving. Excellent hotel & staff!!

We booked a twin room and was upgraded to a garden room which was a lovely surpise! Everyone in the hotel is very polite & helpful, amazing service! The room itself was very clean but average (reminded me of being in a marriott hotel in the room). We hardly got any sleep as we could hear people above us walking around / banging and doors slamming in the middle of the night and at 6.30am people were talking next door. The walls seem very thin (this is why I'm giving it a 4/5). Breakfast selection was limited espically for £17.

Yeah I had a really good stay at the Hilton, although the original double room I had allocated was tiny so we ended up paying extra for a king deluxe which was nice. Enjoyed my stay and I hope to book here again in the future. Clean, friendly staff and perfectly located!!
